I agree with what he is saying in tbis video. They need to rework every 0 mana card in the game and then make things that reduce by (X) but never less than (1). Shadowstep is a good first step (pun totally intended). They should change to to like 2 mana and Forge into the old effect. Effectively if you want it to do what it does now it needs to be like 4 mana.
