  • Ingredients :-
    Curry Leaves - 1 Cup
    Oil - 5 Tsp
    Toor Dal - 1/2 Cup
    Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup
    Channa Dal - 1/2 Cup
    Red Chillies - 15
    Tamarind - Small Lemon Sized
    Dry Coconut - 1/4 Cup
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
    Asafoetida - Pinch
    Jaggery - 1/4 Tsp
    Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
    Sugar - 1/4 Tsp
    Method :-
    In a Pan, add Curry Leaves, Dry roast until it turns crisp. Transfer to a separate plate & allow it to cool down. Next, add Oil to the Pan, add Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Channa Dal & roast until it turns crisp in medium flame. Add Dried Chillies, Tamarind, Dry Coconut & mix well. Transfer to a separate plate and allow it to cool down.
    Once it cools down, Transfer all the Roasted Ingredients to a Jar, add Salt, Jaggery, Asafoetida, Turmeric & grind to medium coarse powder. Next, add Roasted Curry Leaves & grind to fine Powder.
    Tempering :-
    Heat a Pan, add Oil, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Dry Coconut, Grinded Powder & Mix Well.
    Tasty and healthy Curry Leaves Chutney Pudi is ready to serve.
