They went from the middle of league one just two years ago to now making an huge transformation and joining the likes of the best teams in England to compete in the premier league. Paul lambert was sacked in February 2021 we then hired Paul cook as our manager, we had been taken over by an American consortium not too long before cooks appointment, after the end of the season we cleared out almost our entire playing squad and the new owners spent a lot of money on getting a whole new team for cook, they struggled to gel together at first and needed time to get used to eachother etc since it was such a big overhaul of players, cook couldn’t get us playing well even with the new squad so in December 2021 McKenna was appointed to take over us and since then us Ipswich fans have been in dreamland! 🔵⚪️
