Wow, I can’t believe the guard said yes go ahead pet my horse even though there’s several signs there saying don’t do it. GUARD IS WRONG
Guard should have shouted don't touch the horse. Read the signs. Guard has to shout to get out of the box. Fire this Guard.

That poor horse is not comfortable
I bet the horse has an itch that it can't get to, and it keeps trying to move to get it resolved.
So, the guard tells the guy to get out of the box. I guess he figures if he moves an inch or two, that will do the trick. He still didn't move all the way out of the box.
This guard is a softie. She should enforce the rules. 😠
As said before it's either they can or they cannot. Everybody needs to be on board. It's for their own safety & the horse.

That is not actually a King's Horse Guard.Horse and Rider are members of what's called Royal Horse Artillery Unit, comprised mostly of females.
