Step by step recipe for Pane Di Pasqua (Italian Easter Bread)

- Majkl loves Easter. Every country and every region has some special Easter recipes. Italy has many such recipes, and one of the is Pane di Pasqua, a very good fluffy Easter bread. Majkl loves the aniseed, orange zest and pistacios that he likes to add to the Pane di Pasqua.
Recipe is very simple, just follow the instructions in the video.
Pane Di Pasqua (Italian Easter bread)
For 1 round mold with 26cm diameter:
All-purpose flour 500 g + 100 g
butter 150g
Condensed milk 200 g
Sugar 100 g
2 eggs
20g of yeast
Milk 125ml
Zest from 1 orange
Juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon of anis seeds
Salt 6g
Filling:
150g raisins
150g of almonds or pistachios
Colored eggs
