Top Man, awesome. This is the clearest an most instructional way so far available. All the rest want you to take the fluid out of the brake servo an after bleed the brakes and don't give as much detail as you. Your a life saver, thanks a lot.

I agree with you and there is another one I watched the other day.
A Mechanic in Bristol has made a video of a Vauxhall Corsa C doing the same method.
I'm happy it's given me good inspiration for my two Corsa's
      Regards
      Nick

I did mine today and it went really well. The only thing I did different was to removed all the old sealant with a pick, then cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. I used a hairdryer for 20 minutes to make sure it was nice and dry, and used sikaflex 221 polyurethane sealant . Thanks very much for the video :)

Thanks for this video man, without it I wouldn't have had a clue how to do it on mine. Took 2 very messy and laborious days but I got there in the end lol. For anyone else attempting this, make sure you reset the brake light switch when you reinstall the pedal, otherwise your brake lights will be stuck on!

I've had my Combo for about 2 years now and have done all my own repairs/servicing/mods on it. I was literally about to surrender and take it to a Mechanic as I could find no decent advice on it. Really appreciate this video as I can now do it myself, thanks.

Great video really informative. I used a roof seal brush on fix due to inability to remove pedals etc. 2 coats over existing bead but brush gave me half inch over each side of bead for better sealing. Roof seal, brush on worked amazing if you can't do it fully like amazing video 👌

Hell's bells, fantastic. A lot of the work put into this is unseen -- I'm thinking of the constant repositioning of the tripod. I took my Opel Tigra for its birthday carwash and three weeks later after sitting in Southern French sunshine I was astonished today to find the driver's side (only) is still soaking, and even some seeds have sprouted. As is obvious I don't use the car often, it's mainly my Ford Courrier; working indépendant it yesterday I noticed some 1" diameter plastic circles whic h I assumed were floor drain plugs . Since you didn't mention it I presume there are no such plugs on the Opel. What a rigmarole to have to go through just because the grills they put there aren't fine enough. An like another commenter mentioned this water might be the cause of a warning/ error light I'll getting .... Well, thanks so much for all the work you've put into this -- 10/10. Am thinking of lifting the carpet and drilling a hole or two... Phew, so much work...

Another common leak spot is bcm housing. Sealer inside housing deteriorates and leaks into driver's footwell. Remove the housing, clean old sealer, apply new one and assemble it back.

It's on the opposite side, next to battery. You could just see it in this video. A black box with 6 torx. Electrical connections Inside. The symptom for this one is sloshing water into passenger side when moving off. Resealing the top cover works fine. Yes, mines a 2001 so seen it all with these.
