- Hello, again. I'm here with another RUclips Gospel Video. Bishop Larry Darnell Trotter and his Sweet Holy Spirit Combined Choirs came back in 2001 to come out with their album, "Tell the Devil I'm Back." Among many of its songs, there was one worship song that simply described the emotions, feelings, and praise that people have for the love of Jesus Christ. That worship song, sung all over the nation, was "My Worship Is For Real" I'm going to ask that you take the time to understand the lyrics of the song, and then you can say that you're worship is not a show, form, or fashion, but it is for real. I just got out of prison well I'm still in I just on ankle monitor I work every Sunday and the only praise and worship was the smart t.v we have here at work and every Sunday I play this and other praise songs this song have got me closer to my Lord Jesus Christ have help me to over come a lot thank you Bishop Larry trotter for the song of true worship

I can totally relate to your story....I was locked up in 2017 and released in 2019 and been running every since. I am totally free, was suppose to do 3 years on paper but God. I am off 1 year early, God can do it for you too. I'm sure by the time you get this message you will be totally free or on your way. Be Blessed and keep the Faith!

The word says "we must worship him in spirit and in truth." There is nothing wrong with praise, but there is nothing like Worship. Worship is when you can get into that secret place with God and begin to commune with him! We can loose all our troubles and burdens when we begin to worship God.

I thank God for my testimony when I was in 4th grade and up, I had teachers tell me I would never make it. Today I am 29 years old, going back to school, and substitute in the school system, and substitute in head start. I thank God he been by my side through it all.

I love this song, the first time I heard it was at church and I cried as the choir sung this, because no matter how I worship my GOD it is always for real. I have been through alot in my life and I am still going through but with GOD in my life I know everything is going to be okay.

I remember the time when I only listen to gospel music because of the sound or the beat that sounded good to my ears, but now I find myself listening to the message and realizing that the message is what makes the sound. I thank God for the people who minister through music, when I can relate to the things that are being said through song and notice tears flowing, my hands clapping, my arms raising, and all I can say is "Hallelujah, Thank u Jesus" its then that I know my Worship is for Real.

This sums my life up. The Lord delivered me from anorexia and bulimia after battling them for 15 years from the age of 15 to the age of 30. He then healed me of cervical cancer when I was 33 years old. Between those years, I also had to bury my youngest daughter 16 years ago as she was stillborn. But God's Grace is Sufficient and He has kept me these 45 years even sparing my life almost 5 years ago in a horrific car accident. So my worship is for real!!!! Thank You Lord!!!!

I’ll never be ashamed of what, where God has brought me from. The times I wanted to give up and throw in the towel God threw it right back at me !! My worship... Is so real! From where I was months ago its like a whole 360. I miscarried and was lost. I couldn't find my way its like my world had ended but my strength was found in the Lord. I am a brand new creature and I am so thankful. Thank You Lord! I knew the way but its like I was blind and could not see but God restored my sight. He made me love him again. I was angry at God. I was confused and he gave me understanding. Thank You Lord

Here in 2022 and just reading these comments. Thought I was the only one angry at God for a miscarriage suffered 17 years ago. Still no children of our own, but my husband and I have 8 godchildren, I'm a preschool teacher of 30 yrs and a mentor to many young girls. My life is so full of children and I'm no longer angry, but love God so much. My worship is for real! He delivers me from that spirit of anger & grief. 🙌🏾
