Least Bella is improving with each ride she goes on, being around other horses & their riders. Bella’s saying “But but mum, I don’t want to be left behind & I want to be herd leader just like Apollo!!” as Bella’s throwing her head around impatiently.🥰🥰🥰

Bella is listening to everything going on around her. You wanted a forward horse, guess you have one. She is listening to you but fighting it. She hates to hear slow/slower. Wonder what she will do when you come across a jump? Hope she goes around it. She is doing pretty good with keeping up with the group. She seems happy to be there. 🥕🥕🥕🥕🏇

If you start from the assumption that Farouk's behavior was indicative of Arab breed lines, then Bella clearly shows her lineage! For whatever it's worth, whenever I rode an open course that I did not intend to fly [yes, I could be very lazy and skip flying - regardless of how much I and my companions loved to fly, there are just days you just don't want to]. By the way, martingales have a secondary benefit. Not only do they restrict the head pulling and attempts to pop the bit, but i found the head restriction was often enough to make jumping unappealing to a companion who actually wanted to fly. [Reminder, my competition hunters were chosen for their like of, and desire and enjoyment of flying, as much as for their strength and ability - a family belief in the importance of the 4-footed companion's liking what their doing ranking alongside their hyuman's pleasure- if ine or neither of you enjoy it, then why bother...... AND BE CAREFUL!!!!!]

Hunt fun rides vary in length and speed.
Bella does well with other horses, no rude mare faces. Bella's a good girl.
