Happy sunday! I'm currently going through a bunch of small projects in hopes to go through a bunch of my stash. I made a rule that I can't buy more yarn until I'm down at least half of what I currently have! I''m making scrunchies, and I also bought "Crochet Cafe" and I'm making a ton of food plushies! Can't wait for the bucket hat tutorial!

cutting out caffeine has been the best decision for my chronic anxiety! i’m so excited for the checkered bucket hat tut!!
I cut it out for two days and noticed my anxiety dropped! I had just bought a new type of coffee grounds from traders and I think it was due to that partially!
@@itserinb I also didn’t realize how many places offer decaf so if I’m in a coffee mood I usually stick to that too!

i used to have the same problem with my nose piercing. i found that simply getting a different brand's ring stopped my nose from swelling or getting spots and i haven't had to switch between stud and ring since! i think it must've been the brand's poorer quality or the type of metal they use because i've had no swelling with the newer ring. sadly took me ages to realise because i wear the brand's earrings no problem. hope it helps!

Hey Happy Monday! Tbh I love these vlogs/life check ins, it rly helps out when I crochet. It feels like I’m on ft with an older sister. :) And about the nose ring, maybe the swelling is from an allergy in the metal? Idk but for me I had this problem with my eye piercings so changed to a diff metal and a diff brand and that worked so well, I haven’t had an issue since!

I am a chicken when it comes to crochet I'll get a skein and then I get nervous. What do I make what do I make. Been fooling around with crochet for like 5 years now. I finally decided to stop being a damn chicken and made 3 tops off the top of my head. They fit pretty okay and look pretty decent. So happy to have you in the crochet community. Hopefully I'll get ballz and start my journey on IG and RUclips. Practice makes perfect😁✌

There are a couple things that can be contributing to the swelling/irritation you're experiencing with your piercing. 1. Jewelry quality. You should only have 14k gold or implant grade titanium in piercings. 2. your piercing may not be fully healed so changing to a hoop will irritate it because hoops move around a lot more.
I would recommend getting a titanium stud and keep that in for a bit before switching to a 14k gold or titanium hoop. 🖤

I know some people boycott walmart, which i completely get, but if anyone is looking for a softer and cheaper version of red heart supersaver, check out the mainstays yarn. Smaller color selection but it's so much softer

I used to have the same issue with my nose ring. For some reason, studs irritated the piercing so I switched to a hoop. If you flare your nose out and feel tension with a hoop, try a size 1mm larger.
I tried a larger hoop a couple months ago and for whatever reason it actually started making my piercing larger, switched to a smaller hoop and it’s been doing better!! 💓💓

Ohhh those pills. I never could get pills away. Even the smallest one I would choke on. Until I got my first period and became very sick every month. We found one I could get away. And now… being chronically ill for 14 years and needing a lot of meds every day I take a handful of them in one go. But paracetamol is one I cannot get away. I always choke on them. But the size pills you where taking I take them together no problem now. I still hate it tho.
And damn girl I looove your hair. My hair is so long at the moment. Over my bum… but I alwaaays wear it in a bun. And when you chopped your hair of I was like, omg I loveeeeee that!!!! And now I’m debating on chopping it off too!!

Tilt your head back and shake your head side to side a little when you take pills. Thats the easiest way for me not to gag
Could be the quality/metal that your piercing is! I would go to a piercer and tell them what issues you’ve been having and swap for jewelry they have in shop! As soon as I went for higher quality metals (and also more expensive unfortunately) all those problems stopped!
I also realized if I get makeup in my piercing and don’t clean it well enough I’ll get a swollen nose! 💓
I'm the same way with taking pills!! Luckily at this point in my life any of the pills I need to take are either suuuper small or I can find them in gummy form. I'm dreading the day I need to take medication and it's the size of my thumb or something 🙃
Ugh meds suck....I absolutely hate I have to take them for the rest of my life. I'm sick with Trigeminal neuralgia I have 13 pills to take 3 times a day plus still recovering from my second brain surgery. There are times I will sit with my dose just crying it's so hard at times. But I know if I don't the pain will get worse.
If you have to take coated pills, point your head down!! Helps get it to where it needs to go
