He’s still in jail, this isn’t Texas or Florida. It’s easy to drop a comment. If the man was breaking and entering his home or violating him or family inside or outside his home then yes. In my opinion he will get charged with some kind of manslaughter for engaging with the criminal knowing he should have called the Police. And if he’s not a sociopath he’ll have to live with the fact that took a life over a car part.
