    I respectfully didn't expect a monster truck owner with a mustache to be a really good teacher about data engineering

    Thanks for putting this together!! I don't understand why this series has so few views... it is so much higher quality than others!!

    Appreciate the amazing tutorial! I am a new grad student in AI and trying to get some hands-on industry-level knowledge. I believe I am in the right place. Now I am planning to learn Spark together with AWS.

    Again, another eye-opening video. "Developers developing webapps, may feel a little too comfortable", and that is totally true. I wish I could have saw the video 1 year ago. Thanks, Bryan.

    Bryan, I have a community edition of Databricks will I be able to follow along with most of the lectures with just that? Thank you

      Yes. You can. It won't scale out to multiple machines but the code should still work.

    I think you should make it clear from the very beginning of this series that this is going to cost us money, due to us having to use Azure to be able follow along with your lessons.
    This only becomes apparent three videos into the series.

    • @BryanCafferky
      @BryanCafferky  Год назад

      Actually, you can use Databricks Community Edition. Having said that, if you are not willing to spend any money to develop your skills, I don't think you will be successful. Paying money forces commitment and commitment leads to success. Just my experience.
