Hello. I try to group my supplies by category. The size of the boxes also serves as my reference what's inside. I display a lot my supplies too. I have drawers dedicated for specific supplies, such as papers, journals, new supplies pending unboxing, and so on.

So far I remember mostly where is which, maybe not to the smallest details but I still can recall where something is if I need it. The secret is - one of my me-time is to go over my supplies, just revisit some boxes and drawers, move things around, look at them lol. Gives me joy and peace. But of course, I sometimes forget a thing but I'm all for the hunting game. And yes, I'm running out of space in my craft room and still have lots to unbox. Lol
