Unfortunately the developers aren't the ones to decide, it's the company or more accurately the INVESTORS. However, I think that the developers did their very best by introducing the noble coins. You guys need to realize how demanding it is for them.
Seems like a VERY easy and obvious solution, which the Dev's/staff of Bloodstrike will never actually do. - We already have a Free currency system through Reputation points, and the system for earning them is already in place, Except the only thing Bloodstrike allows you to purchase are the lowest tier default skins or purchase Strikers. - They wouldn't need to change a single thing, and just allow more regular items in the store available with the Rep points. - Could be maybe one mid/better value item a month, and other higher value items purchased with lottery bundles from rep points. - I don't get why they thought adding a third-currency and rendering the actual "Free" currency still pretty much useless, was a good idea. It's 100% not free, as you mentioned, you have to purchase it directly or the BP, and ZERO ways to earn it beyond 2% of a mid priced skin per day for two years.
Facts bro... it is never a good idea to have too many currencies in a game. I wanted to bring this to people's attention and hopefully with enough people talking about it then maybe the devs will reconsider.

I think it should be like in Farlight where you get the coins by ranking up subtier by subtier and then once you hit a new tier you get a milestone amount which is more. Also, 100 coins a week for challenges sounds like a good idea too, that way, it's not so much of a wait to grind for your favourite skin. An extra 1.5k in the free pass as well not just the premium one
I think Bloodstrike Devs should add more new maps, a new rank, fewer bots, and increase the level so the player won't get bored easily. They also need to upgrade the training ground because everyone needs it, especially beginners.
I think bloodstrike should add monthly tournaments for each rank with in game rewards....It would be much fun participating in such tournaments with people from the same rank
