    I have watched several videos on how to make this and you’re the only one who made it with vinegar. 🙌🏾 this was exactly what I was looking for. I love vinegar.

    Now this is pikliz. The videos I saw was adding tomatoes, didn't add any vinegar, one guy even added peppercorn, and garlic cloves. My mom and other members of my family made their pikliz like this except they didn't blend the piman, they chopped it up and added everything into a jar and that bad boy sat in the fridge for a week. Some griot with banan peze and diri ak pwa with some of that pikliz on the side and a couronne. Damn I miss those days. 😭

      Hack? This isn’t cole slaw lol. This is what we make in Haiti. It’s a pretty old and known dish in our culture

      Tan Wo for this video I used a Bella rocker but now I use a Nutri Ninja® Blender DUO with Auto-iQ™

    How many days do you let it sit?
    I didn't have onion, I used bell pepper. Where can I find scotch bonnets? I used jalapenos and sorrono peppers

      Cytella Appleberry i find them at my local grocery store try a Latin store they usual have. And it just gets better with time, but it’s ready to eat when done

      Fit Me Haitian pikliz
      Half white cabbage
      3 carrots
      1 Yellow onion
      Scotch Bonnet peppers 🌶 (As much as you like)
      1/4 cup lime juice
      2 cups of vinegar
      Half Maggie cube
      1/2 teaspoon season salt
      Salt to taste
