I actually thought I was about to take the same journey as my father and have knee replacement surgery. My cousin said I should call a out stem cell first. They told me to try a keto diet for 90 days first. After two weeks my joints no longer hurt. Not in my hands knees elbows or anything. To think the doctor already had me convinced I would be having knee replacement. I am 51 years old. My wife and I are loving your channel.

Hi Annie, I made your KETO breakfast pizza for the 1st time today. It came out delish! I did add some diced ham (from Walmart) along with the bacon. Just 1 of the divets ran towards the side. But, it was fine. Knowing me, I decided to cut 6 slices instead of 8. I wish I had added 2 more eggs. One on each slice. Will definately make again. Thanks so much for sharing your family recipes. I'm really not trying to loose any more weight.(128 lbs-have kept it off for 8 years) Just maintaining. Emelia
Just discovered your channel and made this pizza. I haven't had pizza for a couple fo years now and man, this reminds me of Domino's! The crust was perfect! My family was impressed! I did make an alfredo sauce and added a few tablespoons of garlic paste. Phenomenal! I didn't have a food processor so I mixed everything together and then after a minute in the microwave, I added the egg and just kneaded it a little. Again, perfect pizza and thank you!!!

I do that sometimes too. I love the way it tastes baked in the oven. It caramelizes the days better. 😊 I’ll try putting it under the broiler. I bet that makes it crispy without over cooking it. Thanks!

Might i add a tip! The center is still kinda doughy so i recommend baking the crust for 10 min then flip it and top it and bake again. Turns out so much better. More crispy but not to crunchy. Just takes care of the doughiness in the center
I think that’s an excellent idea! I made a fat head dough pizza yesterday and the crust was not appealing. Kinda mushy and wimpy. I thought, I wonder if I should have baked this crust first and from now on I will!!
Oh, I just bought an ELECTRIC PIZZA MAKER for my keto pizza snacks and treats, plus pizza! I often just warm 🍕4” pepperoni topped with a chunk of mozzarella 🧀with a couple of 🫒sliced olives and sprinkle with red pepper 🌶flakes and oregano. Fantastic, ultra quick when you need a keto snack fix and want to stay keto! BUT THIS‼A EGG 🍳BREAKFAST 🍕PIZZA is a game changer! WOW! Does this look easy and delicious! While this is a great recipe, the whole point of pizza is the toppings. I'll put all the toppings in a 9" deep pan - and you dont even need the red sauce, you can put a little garlic butter. Cicis makes it - its called a crustless or sometimes a toppings bowl.
one of the biggest problems i have with fathead dough is the work. using the food processor takes care of that problem! i'm going to make this later today, when i'm finally hungry. i can see making this without the egg even and still enjoying it immensely. but i will do the egg version today since i love all things eggs. i'm going to sub cream cheese for the ricotta though simply because it is what i have on hand and i might use a bit of cream to make it thinner (if needed). thanks for a delicious looking and sounding recipe!

It was regarding the lighting in your video. I make national tv commercials for produce them for a living and noticed in your older videos that your lighting wasn't great and washed out your face to the point it looked like you didn't have a nose lol. I thought breakfast pizza was made with scrambled eggs on the dough with bacon, shredded cheddar cheese or sausage. This is sure a variation. Looking forward to trying it.

I went to your website to print the recipe and it says 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum and 1 teaspoon Baking Powder. On your You Tube channel you say 1 Tablespoon of Xanthan Gum and 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder. Which is correct, please.
I know this is probably too late but for the size of the pizza she’s making I’m sure she meant 1 teaspoon of each. 🙂 1 tablespoon of baking powder is usually for a cake. And xanthan gum is used sparringly so I doubt it’d be 1 tablespoon.
Hello! Do you shred your own Mozzarella? If not, what brand do you prefer? I know some cheeses do not melt well. Was also wondering if the Supremo Queso Chihuahua shredded Quesadilla Cheese would work? It melts perfectly and has a great taste.
What Brand of almond flour do you use. I use superfine almond flour made from whole almonds. It’s very nutty and chunky. It made my pizza dough brown instead of white like yours. Thank you
Actually I can get the whole package in the pan. I lay strips in between the other trips until they shrink . You can cook them like this though, but they have to really be done to separate them.

Just a quick tip: dice the bacon then fry it. So much less messy that’s chopping cooked bacon and it cooks very evenly when diced before cooking. Can’t wait to try yet another one of your amazing recipes!

Bacon in the oven is so delicious, mess free and you can cook a lot at the same time. Perfect every time.
I cook 2-3 lbs of bacon in the oven every weekend!

I bake my bacon. I can use a huge sheet pan and cook it all at once. If you like it crispy, just put it under the broiler for a while longer.

Great video. I like to prebake the crust to a light brown, flipping half way through. This makes for a crispier crust.

Do it in the oven and it’s quick and you can put it in strips out on a cookie sheet.

Wow. Just wow. It didn’t dawn on me to fold the crust ends inward. I use kitchen shears to precut raw bacon and let it drop into a hot skillet.
Took me a while to start doing that too!

Yes! I make it ahead of time all the time. I will usually double or triple a batch and freeze some for later.

I usually just refrigerate it and eat it the rest of the week, but I imagine it would freeze okay too. It'd be like having frozen pizza.

For this recipe can I use plant-based cheese and still be within keto diet? I have Hashimoto’s and dairy causes flare up and Inflammation in my body.
