Homeless man blamed for floods across North Trinidad

Traffic heading east on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway was brought to a standstill on Tuesday morning after the highway and main road in Pasea became flooded.
It's the second time in two weeks that these areas were hit by flooding, blocking commuters.
While officials look for a solution, Pasea residents are placing the blame on a man who now calls the drain his home.

If all yuh saying that a homeless man is who causing the flooding because he throws garbage in the river how come you guy's din't report it to the police or the corporation why wait until the rain fall and cause flooding this should have been dealt with from the beginning when you guy's knows that it would have cause problems

Because they need help why you don't give them somewhere to stay then they will not be a menace to society not because they homeless that means that they must make others uncomfortable by throwing garbage in the drains or river and cause persons to lose their appliances and other stuff when they house flood

At Marabella one was piling up bags of rubbish near South Park on the Bye Pass but WASA did some work there recently and they got rid of it Its amazing that no one in authority noticed that for months.😢😢
