Yeah this stage was great, all of the Mayfly's collab performances were amazing, the rap, vocal and dance units worked so well together! The lyrics for this were great too! Have you seen Mayfly's dance unit's performance yet? The dancers from these groups (from ATEEZ it has Yeosang, Yunho, Seonghwa, Wooyoung and San) but they also recorded their own version of the song they danced to (senior group EXO's Wolf) and that was crazy good as well!
Hongjoong came to the idea of using colors as representation of the society and later 3racha and Minhyuk apported their ideas but with hongjoong's base I loved how they worked together. I'm both atiny and stay even tho my ult are skz I'm very proud of hongjoong having this moment with the other members since he had a happy experience producing a song with the others
BTOB's rapper is Minhyuk, he's an excellent rapper, unfortunately he can't show it that much in his group because the concept is different, but yes, he's too talented
That's not true at all, as a Melody I can tell you that the rap line have a lot of songs that are made just for them to shine and BtoB doesn't actually have a "concept" they are very diverse but their Vocal line is just that powerful and people love them, people just tend to hype their songs that have more vocals because they are full of emotions (they are the healing group after all) Huta Minhyuk also has a very successful solo career if anyone is interested ☺️💙 Fun fact Minhyuk was supposed to debut as a vocal but he fell in love with rap. 7 vocals, 7 rappers, 7 dancers, 7 visuals
That collab was everything ! Fans of all the groups like me were served x) i would like to praise 3racha very fast, the three members from straykids here, especially Chan the leader (the one who rapped in english), because he composed the track, Changbin's idea to keep the track and for the "spray" idea, Han for his insanely fast delivery and stage presence. And of course big applause for Hongjoong's idea for the skin color theme and Minhyuk for his impact! When you watch that performance you just feel how much they had fun while performing and as a fan that's all that matters :D Please guys, praise all the Mayfly members and groups, they all did so well in kingdom! BTW, the word you asked about in the chorus was interpreted as "splatter." 3) You were correct, that was Ateez and Stray Kids. The other 3 groups were on a team called It's One. You can tell who is part of which team because the Mayfly members were standing up in excitement, cheering their rap unit on, while the It's One members, who had just performed, were worried as they watched their competition kill it. (The ones sitting socially distanced were part of the industry panel who voted on the performance.) 4) BtoB stands for Born to Beat so it's pronounced B-to (the word) - B. They are known as the Ballad group because so many of their ballads have topped the charts. The last rapper, Minhyuk is also an excellent vocalist. If you get the chance, you can see him sing in BtoB's introductory performance on Kingdom, Beautiful Pain Choir Version. I'm sorry to say this about the opposing group because they have some fantastic rappers, but it would have been difficult for anyone to have won this round against a group that contained all 3 main producers from a self-producing group like Stray Kids. 3RACHA have been in the game for a loooong time. Throw in a main rapper from a senior group and a main rapper and producer from the most ingenious and inclusive male 4th gen group. And besides.....changbin and han are both considered among Korea's best idol rappers......no one stood a chance.
Very true, it reminded me of the time when Skz did their songs on their channel ( two kids songs ) and the members said " don't let 3racha be together " because it would have been too easy for them 😭

I was so happy when I saw this come up.The Mayfly unit performances are all great, you have seen 2/3 of them. Mingi wasn't a part of Kingdom for Ateez, and Stray Kids was missing Hyunjin. The 3rd unit is the dance. They totally kill it. I like the cut version where you see the reactions of all the idols.

It's well worth watching the entire series of Kingdom, because as well as all these brilliant reactions from the groups not performing, you get to see how the different groups interact with each other, and also you see the planning of these stages. In this case. you got to see how Minhyuk and Hongjoong joined up with 3RACHA (Chan, Changbin and Han from Stray Kids) at the JYP building to write the song, and how they all bounced ideas off each other. Hongjoong in particular is used to writing on his own, and he worried they'd have creative "differences" when they got together, but he had a blast working with them, and with Chan's magical laptop full of instrumental tracks, he was a kid in a sweet shop! 😂 The five of them are absolutely adorable together... As FlagGov mentions, there are two versions of each performance, and you can tell which is which by the beginning of the title. The one starting with (ENG/JP) or some variation is the cut from the final show like this, featuring the reactions of the artists and judges backstage. The one starting with 풀버젼 (Full Version) is the complete uncut performance, which was the version whose views they counted toward the public vote for each round.

The show invited a few rookie groups including Mirae and Weekly to be part of the industry panel. This was received with mixed reactions as some fans thought Juniors shouldn't be judging Seniors.
The line they keep repeating is 물감놀이 (mul-gam-nor-i). It's basically "playing with colors." :) Mayfly was BTOB, SKZ, ATZ It's One was IKON, SF9, TBZ So when you see the backstage reactions, it's Ateez, Stray Kids, and BTOB partying along, while the ones who are calmer and more in evaluation mode are Ikon, SF9, and The Boyz. These collaboration stages were my favorite episodes. It was so cool seeing the two three-group teams working together and getting a chance to know each other more. I admit I don't know very much about the members of It's One other than that The Boyz are friends with SKZ, but they did a great job and showed their creativity and talent. As for Mayfly, I love that not only did SKZ and Ateez get to hang out (they were already friends, but the Changbin-Wooyoung aka AlkongDalkong aka LoveyDovey interactions are bested only by Felix stealing Wooyoung, and Hongjoong throwing Wooyoung under the bus while Chan does the same to Changbin), but they also got to know and get close to BTOB. I'm pretty sure BTOB (or at least Minhyuk and Eunkwang) have reacted to and mentioned Ateez since Kingdom, and I know for certain that they've stayed close to SKZ and reacted to and hung out with them. Kingdom was hell, but the teams were lovely, and I'm glad we got to know them and they got to know each other.
