PARIS DIARIES | What I eat, pilates class, styling haul, brunch & making dumplings at home!

Welcome back to the Paris diaries!
I had a slow start into the day and had to show you my new blazer from Source Unknown and bag from Le Tanneur before I went to Reformation studio in the Marais for pilates. Made dinner and watched Gossip Girl with a friend. The next day, I had a girls brunch at Azur Café, went a little bit shopping, and had beetroot pasta for lunch. I am also sharing my dumpling recipe, it is such a fun activity to do and it tastes like from the restaurant! I finally went to Boeuf sur le Toit in Paris, which is so iconic with the live performances and the vibes are so unique!

2 packs frozen dumpling wrappers
400g minced meat (I used beef)
1 egg
2 or 3 carrots
4 garlic cloves
3 or 4 red onions
2x3cm ginger
30g coriander
4 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs sesame oil
salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar
