Um… this was one of the best reviews I’ve ever seen. Thank you. As for the screws popping out of the rafters, I’m guessing that plastic roof material gets really hot in the sun. And with it being in tension and naturally wanting to bow through heat, the screws are literally melting and pulling out of the plastic. I don’t know how much depth you have in the roof material but you might want to try drilling another hole near an existing hole and fishing safety wire through them. Basically sewing the roof to the rafter. May also want to apply light colored asphalt shingles on the roof. Or even a light colored paint.
