As an Architect I have so many issues with this design ....it seems it does not meet with any codes I know of .....and I have worked in several countries. Where is the parking...turning radius of area for vehicle entry way off...to close to the corner etc...so many issues with set backs , FAR, etc. Does this meet any ADA standards? The patient room layouts are not right at all. The corridor sizes look off.. Not trying to be critical but once a building is not functional it is a failure. I have been designing Medical center for over 25 years and currently doing one. It seems this design needs a proper indepth review by a professional. If this is sold to client I shudder to think of the financial consequences. As a Director we have interns that go through a rigorous program and for sure they would not do some of the approaches done on this design. The designer needs to talk to Doctors and an a Specialist Architect because in the real world this is a disaster waiting to happen. BTW how does the fire tender get access to the rear of this investment property?
