Here is a great tip for you: in the screen where you download the clip if you click the Chinese word on the top right, you will go into a new screen where you can download in 4k and even edit the video before downloading it. It’s a great tool …I love kling! ;) cheers . Great video, like always.
@@TheoreticallyMedia it’s possible that when you move the slider to 4k you will get a message box (its not an error message, it just an alert message saying that sometimes the 4k the result may be not as good). Just move the sliders again and it will work fine. ;)
How do you compare kling to gen-3? Unfortunately, even after being one of the first testing runway since gen-1, I never got accepted to the creative partners until now, even after making many shorts with it and participating in their first ai festival. I will have to wait for the official launch. ;)

After hitting the 'submit prompt' button, it loads to 30% and then I get a pop-up that says "System has been upgraded, please restart the app and try again." But there aren't any updates. I removed the app and logged in again, but the pop-up remained.

Play store just says not available in your country, I'm in the UK tried on phone which is set up for UK and tablet which is region set for Ukraine, tried on all 3 of my ISPs, tried multiple vpn connections including China, Taiwan and USA but Alas no luck. It's seems just like sora such treasures are not meant for peasants like us😭
Yet the Sora videos (cherry picked at that) were full of glaring errors. The woman walking had like rotating legs. The cherry blossom couple flew into the shot for some reason. The space guy was legit though.

Plus, running errands and waiting in line has actually become something I look forward to! haha It is a bit of a pain to dump footage back and forth, but-- eh, the results are worth it.
When I click the panda I don't get the application process options (the 3 steps), all i get is a screen that says "First-time VIP activation" then I can either log in with Kuaishou (which I can't make a Kuaishou account because it says I need to verify by entering my ID and i dont have a chinese ID)

a cool trick i found to make ai videos look more realistic is to add some film grain to the generated videos. This makes it look more like it was shot with a real camera

unsure. The whole regionalization blocking is a bit insane. Some places in the same country have access, while others don't. It might in part also have to do with your ISP. It's crazy. Give it a shot, is my best answer!
@@HikingWithCooper I have done about 15 a day and there was not warning or generation counting I could see. Everything is in chinese, I take screenshots and feed them to ChatGPT to help me choose the relevant buttons. Their generation is also way faster than Luma AI's model.
Update: So I followed your instructions after few days finally I got in and made some nice AI stuff even figured out how to export to 4k After playing with it for few hours it asked me again those questions and asked me to put my number 😢 now I have to wait for few more days again anyone else has this happened to them ?😢😢😢

Haha, best bet is to do what I did. Delete the app and forget about it. A month or so from now, think about trying to apply for it, only to realize you forgot you already did it! Sorry though. I might have let the cat out of the bag in western countries, but who knows how big it’s getting in China.

The CAPTCHA is not functioning properly. I'm unable to drag the puzzle piece to its correct position. As a result, I can't complete the registration process. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution? I'm attempting to register on a computer.
Honestly I find all of theese AI's pretty useless, atleast when it comes to my usecase they always fail every time. I always end up finding some middleground I can use it to generate a lot of videos and have fun with the artifacts. Here are two simple usecases: 1 boy comes walking on a road, gets attacked by two bullies. This was needed for an actual video for a project against bullying. I gave up. Another usecase was making a video highlighting the benefits of bare knuckle boxing - that is boxing without gloves compared to boxing with gloves. Good luck in creatingin any usable video having two boxers without gloves. But hey, the cherry picked video do luck amazing at times - but it isnt' what you actually need....I see you have made some AI video yourself, we are not there yet thats for sure.
It’s a lot. But, actually not as difficult when you do it. The whole mobile aspect of generating actually isn’t that bad either. You kind of end up in a flow state.

Hi, I can't log in, the code never arrives, I have tried with several numbers from my country, and I have also tried with temporary numbers from other countries, but I can't register in Kuaishou.
Appreciate you going the extra mile for this one. Forgive me if you answered some of these questions already - is it totally free? Did you experience a limit in daily or monthly generations? How long on average did you wait for a generation to complete? I've seen people say Kling can do TWO MINUTE LONG generations, were you able to try that?
Free for now, since it’s in beta. I’m sure you know the drill! No cap on daily gens, it’s super fast. Like, a minute per gen: and it’ll extend out to 3 minute (though I haven’t gotten that far!)
I tried the steps here, but a code never came through on the SMS online number. My Apple ID is now tied to that number in their system, and I can't get any further in the process. Ideas?
Dear God. You know I love your videos and always appreciate them. But no way am I going through all of this, nor do I trust any of it to be safe. If you got that number, you’re on the waitlist. I’m not sure you’ll get a text message (I never did) so check on the app after a few days to a week and see if it loads up!

oh, so I just put that in on Kwaicut. No idea why that worked. I didn't actually use Kyyle's method, other than just signing up to the mobile number-- but I presume they will either let you choose a name, or assign one to you. You might need to use a translator to get through that part.
So I applied the day this video came out and it still says to wait patiently 😂 should I consider myself denied? What is a normal wait time? After trying by linking AppleID (and Kuaishou app both) can I even start over anymore or am I forever denied in their system? So many questions. What about the fake Chinese number I had to use 2 weeks ago? There was no confirmation text that I had to enter at the start. Will they text that randomly and I just have to know when to check the fake number online? The details definitely matter in this kind of stuff
To be honest, I have no idea. They're a bit of a black box. Although it does seem like I'm hearing from more and more people that they're getting in. That said, it almost seems random at this point. To be honest, currently there is no way, but both methods (downloading the other app and spamming) do seem to be working for some. Not all, but some. They are supposed working on rolling international access out, so I’m keeping an eye on it and will report as it updates. I know, it’s frustrating. Appreciate you going the extra mile for this one. Forgive me if you answered some of these questions already - is it totally free? Did you experience a limit in daily or monthly generations? How long on average did you wait for a generation to complete? I've seen people say Kling can do TWO MINUTE LONG generations, were you able to try that?
Free for now, since it’s in beta. I’m sure you know the drill! No cap on daily gens, it’s super fast. Like, a minute per gen: and it’ll extend out to 3 minute (though I haven’t gotten that far!)

I tried the steps here, but a code never came through on the SMS online number. My Apple ID is now tied to that number in their system, and I can't get any further in the process. Ideas?

Dear God. You know I love your videos and always appreciate them. But no way am I going through all of this, nor do I trust any of it to be safe. Should the sms come immediately? I entered my U.S. number and it seemed to accept but said there were 30-some thousand people ahead of me. I guess it’s not clear where the generated phone number should go…
If you got that number, you’re on the waitlist. I’m not sure you’ll get a text message (I never did) so check on the app after a few days to a week and see if it loads up!

Try just pushing through. I never got a verification code (and a few others have mentioned the same) and they seem to have gotten through.

oh, so I just put that in on Kwaicut. No idea why that worked. I didn't actually use Kyyle's method, other than just signing up to the mobile number-- but I presume they will either let you choose a name, or assign one to you. You might need to use a translator to get through that part.

So I applied the day this video came out and it still says to wait patiently 😂 should I consider myself denied? What is a normal wait time? After trying by linking AppleID (and Kuaishou app both) can I even start over anymore or am I forever denied in their system? So many questions. What about the fake Chinese number I had to use 2 weeks ago? There was no confirmation text that I had to enter at the start. Will they text that randomly and I just have to know when to check the fake number online? The details definitely matter in this kind of stuff
To be honest, I have no idea. They're a bit of a black box. Although it does seem like I'm hearing from more and more people that they're getting in. That said, it almost seems random at this point.

its a useless tutorial if it doesnt explain how to pass the verification or phone number process, theres no clear instructions how to do it, it says just spam it or just try various ways but nothing happened 😒
To be honest, currently there is no way, but both methods (downloading the other app and spamming) do seem to be working for some. Not all, but some.
They are supposed working on rolling international access out, so I’m keeping an eye on it and will report as it updates.

For sure faster than Luma. To my taste, it edges Luma out by a bit, but prompting is a bit challenging on account of the language barrier. Although, that also leads to some interesting results!
