Not a bug, it appears when Alchemist skill activated when enemy close to you but if you activate skill outside aggro range then it wont appear

We’ll prob still gonna get 2 tapped in prot taunt and a reflect is garenteed to kill this class in 1.5 seconds

Just try to join strong clan. U can get item for expertise points from fire guardian (clan boss).
