Such a hopeful ending. It really made me put life into perspective. This is an amazing cover.
The credits for the true ending make me so happy and sad at the same time, we don't know if they forgive him and stay friends forever or if they hate him now, but I like to imagine the first case, nonetheless it is a beautiful ending song for a beautiful game
I feel like Aubrey and Kel would forgive him but it would be hard for Hero. But eventually I think they would all accept and forgive what happens
in the 'true' secret end, basil and sunny smile, so I assume they most likely at least his friends didnt start yelling at him, but they might have left the room to process it

Literally this is the scene that I cried the most, which is ironic since it's happy and all. Eh, bittersweet tears I guess? I've always been a complete sucker for bittersweet things.

because it's not an ordinary happy ending, it's "happy" ending, not something that ends well in the end (according to how it is still kinda sad), but the ending that you can finally get rid of the burdens after all this time, reached the end of the hell road, and finally still get an opportunity to forgive yourself, move on, then reach happiness and peace once again..
This song feels mostly joyful, but some sadness in it doesn't let it fly. Shows the state of the main character when he's happy: he can almost forget his trauma but it's still there, and everything will never be the same
it doesn't sound happy to me at all. because you see in the lyircs that he's still highly depressive because it all has no meaning and he just goes on and the day repeats and repeats without having a meaning. meanwhile oyasumi is absolute banger with mor confidence.
people always mistreat the "good" ending to be "good" for their life, but I think basil and sunny end up at the same state anyway

Is it just me or is the good ending credit’s lyrics more depressing than the bad ending?
Bad ending is literal insanity and loss of sense of reality, good ending is melancholic and reflective. Thus, good ending is much more sad, but both are equally emotional.
