That a great tutorial! Thank you so much. Can we create an adjustment layer like in Pro. to apply the effect for a particular stretch?

Yes for certain effects, like color correction or titles, though does not work for all effects. What you do is make a new empty video track above (so if your video clips are on V1 and V2, create a V3) and then put the effect on that empty track. By default it will apply to the entire sequence, but you can just put cuts around the places you don't want it and delete those "clips" off V3.
