Aside from the improvements on Battery Life, which is very visible after updating to MIUI 14, nothing much changes. I can't believe I waited for this only to get a lite version of their OS. It sucked being a POCO user. Plus, I hated that they increase the magnification of my screen. It looks like I'm using a phone that the developer didn't think twice when they developed. Now, I can't help but to rely on gestures navigation since I have to fit everything I do on my screen. The search history in Setting is trash too. As someone like me who rarely use settings app, and when I use it I even type the whole keyword to find what I'm looking for.
I just got the update on my poco x3 gt recently, my only complaint is the new control center on landscape it looks awful when you're not even using the smart home they just leave the left side blank
untill now i belive the brick issue is caused by the charger , i always charge my personal phones with a slow charger so from the beginning i was using a 10W mi charger, its been 1year and 10 months my x3 pro is fine, from my findings from the beginning the fast charger that came in box is not working perfectly with the phone

Miui 14 is really optimised like ios 🔥🔥 and it's gaming experience has improved drastically and the transitions are smooth . I think Miui is getting really better now 😮💨

You could revive it but it'll cost some money. My poco died last year and a repair shop was able to revive it. It was a problem with the cpu not being properly soldered or something? The shop did some cpu reballing and now it is fixed. I am typing this on my poco as of now. There are a few caveats though. The shop advised me not to reboot so often because it might be hard to get into the phone again.
Brother in miui 13 while playing games controller is showing as connected though it was not connected, in games like modern combat 5 , Gangstar Vegas , off-road driving car simulator and many more . So what about miui 14 the problem is solved . Pls reply.

They have removed the Miui13 control center( which shows Wifi, mobile data, airplane mode, bluetooth as rectangular tabs) and have replaced that with the new I phone copy one.

Yes now it's 1 year and 4 months still alive.And all latest software updates are installed..... I'm now writing after 3 weeks this. Yesterday I received miui 14 and I updated. This was the smoothest miui update ever received yet. All the animations are now fixed everything now looks buttery smooth.....

There is no way I can turn it off on my Poco F4 GT, and it makes me crazy, looks ugly. Anyone has any idea how to make it look like in the previous version? I mean make it disappear?
I just downloaded miui 14. For me, the system navigation buttons block some of the buttons behind it when watching videos in full screen on RUclips. Also when playing games in full screen, the system navigation does not automatically hide anymore. Is there a way to fix this? Am I the only one experiencing this kind of issue in miui 14?
@@cunny_pie I'm loving it so far, it's all faster and snappier, I didn't have to reset like I did when updating from 12.5 to MIUI 13 bcuz of lag... More nicer subtle animations around... No overheating so far, my phone literally cooled down after the update, I also love the two floating apps. So far, the battery looks great, I didn't close any apps before updating and after updating I just continued with them like normal and the battery is still looking great. As long as performance is better and overheating is less, I'm alright. Meanwhile I'll test video overheating. I'm using Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G (Global ROM)

In my K50i, the battery durability sort of went down. I would usually get 10 hours of SoT with 2 hours+ of heavy gaming, but now it's worse by 1 hour

Stay away from the Xiaomi line up unless you go high end. I get security updates only every 3 months on the f3 and still no android 13 update.

Go to settings and search for Region, after select Poland and go to check again for update.

Just search the "hide full screen indicator" then enable it. I hope it helps you.
