Very nice! I am just making a Ragu sauce in my Fast Slo Pro to use in a lasagne later but i will use the slow cooker mode.

I am half italian. This looks delicious but I think I would add 2 cans of red Kidney Beans,
a teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper flakes and then i would call it Chili.

I assume that "500 mg" minced beef should be 500 grams.

David Fredericks, yes 500 mg could be too small portion :) thanks

This is a nice cooker but the inner bowl has a cheap 'non-stick' (although it sticks) pot that CAN NOT BE REPLACED. The company does not maintain stock of spares - you will need a replacement after several months use SO BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy the Sage brand again.

Michal Lozinski thank you for information. I have heard that can be problem with service but so far works fine. It is actually very nice cooker i like it and only what i could change is the pod . I have instanrt pro duo and here the pod is very good quality and works as expected. So i agree. Stainless steel pod is much morr better than non stick
