I felt that when you said 'We were trying to take a nap'. I can imagine how exhausting it has been house hunting, taking care of Rowan, and work. The market was crazy when my husband and I bought our house last year, I can only imagine hoe it is right now. Best of luck, I hope you get an accepted offer on a house you both love soon
American attitudes to housing density are wild! House 3 that you said is "on top of each other" we would call medium density and think is a good neighbourhood with more space than usual! I'm so glad you guys are almost sorted with it all! I actually quite liked the layout of the blood stain house - it seems like it has a lot of potential for you guys to clean up :)
My boyfriend and i lost it at on top of eachother xd. Like 70% off the netherlands consist of "rijtjesstraten" which mean rowstreets, as in atleast 10-15 houses against eachother, with zero space inbetween. And that's upper middle class. I cant even dream about buying a free standing house
