However, as followers of Christ and as rational, thinking people; we can watch this, being careful to refer back to the source material in the Bible, and see where scenes like this can faithfully convey the practical message of the gospels to a modern audience. I think it's good that you understand the gospel is the only real God given source, but a show intent on faithfully conveying the same message, while obviously not perfect, isn't inherently evil or blasphemous unless the viewer takes it as gospel.
