Aha! This is the Jimmy Fitzgerald moment I was talking about a few months ago! Thanks so much, Don! My life is complete. Well, maybe not my life, but my memories of Dave.
There is an episode of the " Beverly Hillbillies" where Mr. Drysdale says something humorous to Jed Clampet that he doesn't understand and Mr. Drysdale says, "That's an inside joke." And, Jed says, " Let's go inside and you can tell it to me again."
Congrats! I thought the show was lost in time. I also never missed the show during the entire run and recorded them during the 80’s, but I always erased them right after. Thanks for all your hard work. Are you planning any brother Theodore compilations?
Don Giller looking for the clip where Paul eats pancakes and one slips off the plate. Dave (stunt double) leaps up with his legs spread up to the countertop to avoid getting hit with pancake.
Don... I love you, we all love you! Keep em coming!
It's easy to nap, with a gun in your lap.
Words to live by.
Man, Don... you made my week! I haven't seen that clip for over 30 years. Thanks so much for posting this!

Phew!

I put up the complete Brother Theodore collection last June -- ruclips.net/video/kj5fVnHWUl4/видео.html
Where are you getting all these clips? Is the show running reruns somewhere?
They're all from my video collection.
Don Giller okay. So you actually recorded these when they were originally broadcast?

Only after I got my first VCR in mid-February 1985. All other shows before that date from (1) repeats, (2) trades, and (3) acquisitions.
It rings a bell but I'll have to search for it. I may not have digitized it yet.
4:07 is this the only time on any Letterman show where the coffee-cup contents have been shown?
When David Letterman asks for the "Michael Shannon" haircut.
A more innocent time. I don't think the machine gun joke would get on now.
Don't forget the rugby pants!
What's the name of the song Paul and the band is playing at the end of the video?
It's an original band composition called "Paul Is Dead." They premiered it back in early June 1982.
Cool. That's a pretty neat little tune, from what little they played.
"Mebbe a little to early ... lizards ..." BTW: 100th like.
