Got lots of practice in, and FINALLY i'm hitting those vts cancels into ff1+2 super consistently now. One of the most satisfying things I've done in any video games
actually if you don't want to get mad imho: -classic launcher (like df1) 2,d1+2 df4,2 df3123+4,3+4 b1,2 68 damage from df1 ->wallcarry variant is 2,d1+2 db311 ff32 -high launcher (like qcf1/uf3 ch) uf1+2 2,d1+2 db2 df312 b1,2 -> carry variant use df42 instead of db2 -from any ch launcher: db2, fcdf1+2, 123+4,3+4 123+4,3+4 b12 if the ch is db2 itself you can use a 123+4,3+4 more. -> wallcarry from ch is df31 (on some it works df3df1 wich is slight more damage) then db311 ff32 from db2 you can use 2 vtd cancel then df42 uh and lastly from d1+2 the best one that always works is to screw directly with f21 since uf1+2 tends to randomly whiff sometimes and you still have a lot of damage.
I love how you added the dash in the command moves....most guides overlooks the fundamental input, in which I am confused why the move does not connect because it is not indicated in the guide.
I have watched all your videos for tekken and they have all been amazingly made and well thought out! Great job! A Lili combo video with LooneyLili or LuckyEevee would be amazing
If u main Marduk for a while you can learn to recognise his FC animation happening while you keep pressing down, and learn to use that consistently instead of vts which adds an extra button in combo

Try waiting a bit before inputting ff2 after hitting the df1. For a visual cue, wait for Marduk's arm to come back down after hitting df1 before inputting ff. I found that if I try to do the motion too quickly or try to buffer, it just comes out as f2.
You have to wait until Marduks twisted body untwists and returns to neutral. As soon as that happens hit ff2. But the window is small because if you delay then the opponent falls to the ground. Annoying that the game can't see your input if your are early

But for some mysterious reason it doesn't register with the on-screen damage counter and I never understood why the devs made that decision. Even though any wall combo extension after carry combos registered on the on-screen counter. 😕
Is there any substitute for d/f 3,1 then d/b 2 at the wall? I tried this at some stages and if the angle is not right, the d/b 2 could easily miss, and will leave chances for my opponent's comeback. Qcf 1+2,2 is also quite unstable...
Corrected my comment : (Instead of) df31 u can input any throw (lower damage) or do qcf1+2,2 (higher damage) . Wall throws are unbreakable. If u do qcf1+2 from neutral at the wall you can add a throw. You get 55 damage for qcf1+2,2 plus 33 for the throw = 88 damage
Hey @RyzingSol, I've seen all bunch of stuff about DF312 into VTSc to air grab but I'm not consistent. Is it an actual fact that hitting the DF3 shallow or deep matters from combo to combo?
Everyone in here talking about how hard the cancel enders are is confirming my opinion of Marduk players actual technical skill levels. It's easy. If you haven't bound 3+4 to a single button that is probably the issue. Ig i'm joining the ranks, but only to prove to some of my friends that I can pick him up and beat their asses with their main day 1. Update in a few.
I know this is off-topic, but when I play initial d 8 on teknoparrot, whenever I crash or my opponent and I touch, the steering wheel becomes super tight. How do I fix this?
its bc u can buffer the forward input with the air throw. with b12 you have to let him stand up from the cancel then immediately do b12. timings kinda tight but it gets easier.
@@triiz8220 no actually u can buffer the b while cancelling the vts (not while entering the vts) but there's a timing restriction. U have to do it just right. But definitely be ready to press back sooner than finishing vtsC
Go into practice mode and do this combo. Watch ur inputs obviously. When u hit the b1,2 correctly you will notice that the back input coincides with the cancel not after it: Ch db2 dash df3,1,2vtsC 1,2vtsc 1,2vtsc b12 If you find it difficult do only two instead of all three vtsC This will help you practice the vtsC as well as the b1,2

You can use VTS to get into the crouching state faster, then do FC d/f1+2.

Do d/f 3,1 > b 4 it might work out better. I main the guy and I tend to do qcf 1+2 string

You have to buffer the first ”f” in the vtsc to make it work. The timing is very precise.
Even with b1,2. The back input needs to be buffered into the vtsC. Good point.

Maybe it's a force feedback glitch? I'm not entirely sure. I normally play without it because it doesn't work for me.
