One only needs to check the reviews to see how bad this restaurant is. The author maybe getting a kick-back for making this video.

Hey - I can assure you i'm not getting a kick-back and I paid in full for the everything when I visited with my family. I've been going to Paco for many many years and have always enjoyed it.
If you check the reviews on Google they have a 4.4 which is very good.
Maybe you should try it again, you might of visited on an 'off' day.
