Absolutely; while Doomlands was my favorite for aesthetic (I'm a sucker for post apocalyptic themeing), the color schemes of classic n-strike will always bring a smile to my face. Longshot especially with both N-Strike Yellow and Midnight Blue. I honestly upgraded my two Longshots (going to source parts for the Z--Strike version next) so I could surprise the 3D printed Ultra Stock blaster crowd with a blaster that is older than most of the players and can still keep up with their brand new shiny expensive toys.

Now i´m feeling ashamed, that my springswapped Longshot shoot "only" around the 90FPS. :)
i like the mod with the pumpgrip more.

Never feel ashamed over only hitting 90fps my friend. Getting it to 90 is an accomplishment on its own. Only reason i’m hitting the numbers is hit is because i stood on the soldiers of giants and took advantage of the work done by those before me.

Odd the internals are different in the Icon varients. I just found a Zombie Strike varient and didn't once consider the internals could possibly be different. Fortunately after quad-springing the plunger rod and catch, it's performing much better.

The Internals of the Longshot Classic & Z-Strike Longshot are all the same. The Icon Series (2020) was when they changed the internals to make it Elite standard performance. The mold for the shell is identical across all versions of the Longshot., that is why the kits still work. I need to hunt down one more longshot to complete my set, the rare Elite Blue (different than Midnight) longshot. Between those and my worker terminator, I will have an entire wall of Ouch Cannons.
