Hi, I'm Louise! I started this channel in 2009 after readers of my blog (also called Sprinkle of Glitter) suggested I give RUclips a try. I was instantly hooked and have found my internet playground on here. I make videos about beauty & fashion, positive living, motherhood, lifestyle and occasionally have special guests (friends, kittens or my sweet Daughters Darcy, 7 and Pearl, 12 months). true what Esther said of your beautiful special place! just the fact that you could go there & cry it all out, heals like nothing else. nature has a way of doing that for us. for me, especially around water. water holds our secrets & our emotions. it holds space for us... at places like that, all the elements are supporting us. crystals are a beautiful thing to study & learn from. imo they change everything for the better. try a himalayan salt lamp in your main room, to cleanse the area of dust & allergens, electrical waves (good when you have alot of animals), neutralize the ions, therefore calming & soothing. it's next level to have in your bedroom. great vid Xx

I really needed this today! I've been quite sick for a while and been to hospital and no one can figure out what is wrong and I've been quite upset about it ( today has been particularly bad + lots of crying) and this mad me feel a lot better! So thank you Louise!

I also wear my dresses more than once without washing it in between. you don’t have to explain to anyone 😊 your life and you do what you want x
Going to Milton Keynes for a mooch is one of my favourite things to do in terms of local activities! It’s so cool to watch a RUclipsr who lives in the same area as me, haven’t come across many Northampton RUclipsrs! Great vlog as ever ❤️
You can tell Louise is on in my house every week because when the montage bits come up with the cute little background music my 15 months old starts to dance lol. She’s honestly a household name now. Feels like I’m watching a good friend 🥰
Love that dress, also don't think your meant to wash your clothes after every use. Only if really dirty or smelly. So im not judging at all.

The old weeklies are always my favourite. I can’t pinpoint why because they aren’t exactly soooooo different - I think it’s just the fact that you get more variety - more Louise! I’d love it if old style weeklies can return :D
