I think Iceland would have a shot of Top 10, maybe even Top 5 with this song had this went instead of Silvia Night. Regina really sells the song, and her vocals especially the high notes enhance the feel of the song. There's something enchanting and captivating with the song and I think this is one of the best Icelandic finals songs ever. The male choir adds an element of mystery.
Þetta hefði átt að vera framlagið okkar. Ekkert lag sem hefur verið í undankeppnunum okkar síðan þá hefur verið betra. Þvílík skömm að Silvía Nótt fór í staðinn. Við hefðum verið á topp 5 með þessu.
Ég mun aldrei fyrirgefa þjóðinni fyrir að kjósa Silvíu Nótt yfir þetta meistaraverk. 2:10-2:27 er bara HIMNESKT!!

Silvia Night c gênant
Iceland made a HUGE mistake by not sending this to Athens in 2006 (instead of Silvia Night)
alltaf er ég jafn glöð að heyra þetta

Correct
Besta lagið frá upphafi
One of the best song from Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins. Miles better than Silvia Night that just made a fool of herself in Athens.
That was a disgrace ...still don't understand how you send Silvia Night instead of this! Too bad we missed this performance in Athens
En eitt lagið sem átti að senda, en nei sendum alltaf léleg lög= ekki hægt að vinna
Vrm pas mal même
A rather typical euroballad. But nice. It has a certain atmosphere.
Too Transylvanian despite the great voice.
