Ever heard of Goopy Geer? He’s an anthropomorphic dog character that is very musically gifted and incredibly goofy In the early days of looney tunes they were plagiarizing the shit out of Disney, so much so that Walt personally had to call them up and ask his former employees to tone their passive aggressive business rivalry shit down One month after Goopy Geer’s first cartoon outing Disney released Mickey’s revue, which contained Dippy Dog, people say there’s little chance of this being anything but a coincidence but I choose to see it as Walt firing back I can’t prove that I’m right but you can’t prove that I’m wrong Anyway Hugh Harmon and Rudolph Ising were suspicious of this but they decided to drop it because Dippy Dog was just a one off gag character after all When would they ever use him again?
Pinto originated Goofy...but Bill established him. He really did elevate him to a new level and actually makes a ridiculous character insanely lovable, and that's a tough thing to accomplish.

The worst one is “The Band Concert” cut. It cut of the whole main part of the short (the whole storm scene)
@@quackt119 rofl what? Thats horrible
@@MixMasterLar And they didn't even edit the background so if you don't wwatch the original, then it's confusing (in Mickey's parrot, they changed the gun to a broom)
When you said what is my favorite goofy style its 3D 2004's Mickey's Christmas Carol 😍😍😍
Great choice!
Despite being born way later then the gen he started speaking, the VHS I had mostly contained a lot of goofy material. So my intro to the voice mostly came from the silent shorts and the goofy movies
Hannes Schroll is also important to this. He's one who introduced us to Goofy's ever iconic scream
I remembered that goofy (Bill Farmer) accidentally slipped and screamed and then Donald (Tony Anselmo and Daisy (Tress Macneille) said shhhh before Mickey (Wayne Allwine) and his friends surprised Minnie (Russi Taylor) for her birthday. The most historic moment in my childhood moment and I can’t get it out of my head
I could have bad hearing, but I think Tony Pope and Bill Farmer sound fairly identical. In the case of Bill Farmer, though, his voice has a slightly high inflection (is that the right word?)
Unpopular opinion here. But I like the George Geef shorts with Bon Jackman's voice. I wish Disney would make Geef into his own character nowadays. Those 50's shorts are my childhood.
Bill farmer and pinto are my favorite goofy voices always will be
Definitely grew up with Pinto first then Bill but saw a bunch of Bob growing up too.
Bill farmer Goofy: MICKEY!!
Wayne allwine Mickey: Yes????
Goofy: ):O did you took took the pizza?
2:11 Did he just say what I think he said!?
It was a different time
Thanks, Dave!
Can't decide if I like Pinto Colvig or Bill Farmer more.
Tony Pope before he die. He was voice in 1986, read-along recordings Newton Gimmick, L.B. the Bounder
You should do an evolution on rocky and bullwinkle. Also why hadn't you done a voice evolution for droopy dog
His son Vance Colvig was also a actor to, and he does sound like his father the reflections
So cool
Bill Farmer is the absolute best
Bill Farmer is my Goofy
Ever heard of Goopy Geer?
He’s an anthropomorphic dog character that is very musically gifted and incredibly goofy
In the early days of looney tunes they were plagiarizing the shit out of Disney, so much so that Walt personally had to call them up and ask his former employees to tone their passive aggressive business rivalry shit down
One month after Goopy Geer’s first cartoon outing Disney released Mickey’s revue, which contained Dippy Dog, people say there’s little chance of this being anything but a coincidence but I choose to see it as Walt firing back
I can’t prove that I’m right but you can’t prove that I’m wrong
Anyway Hugh Harmon and Rudolph Ising were suspicious of this but they decided to drop it because Dippy Dog was just a one off gag character after all
When would they ever use him again?
Pinto originated Goofy...but Bill established him. He really did elevate him to a new level and actually makes a ridiculous character insanely lovable, and that's a tough thing to accomplish.
Oh grash what a good video
