I love when they say to Sinead that it was too personal and it’s like reading someone’s diary. That’s the exact reason why I love Sinead. I love that her music was personal. I love that her music felt like reading a diary because that’s the way I like it and that’s how I get inspired to write my poems and I’ll get that from her music so it’s her music wasn’t so personal like it is I wouldn’t have such an inspiration to write poetry. That’s why Sinead O’Connor is my great poetry teacher, and she’s been my poetry teacher since I was 18 years old since the death of my queen Dolores O’Riordan, and I’m 23 my princess died that was Sinéad O’Connor and she’s been helping me through a lot through her music and through writing. poems about her and I wouldn’t have that if I didn’t have Sinead’s music, because her music Sinead is an inspiration to me and my idol and my role model and I’m glad her music’s personal
I wish people who interview her would let her speak lol. She has always been shining a bright ass light on things that need to be in the light and exposed . As for her becoming a Muslim I just want her to be happy and it’s cool that she is shining a light on this religion and how it has just as much merit as any other religion . With the islamphobia that has become a issue , it’s always important to let people be who they are and believe in what they choose to believe .

But the Irish people will carry on eith sinead fighting activism .shame on those and blood on the hands of those who abandoned sinesd when she needed most ...why her death results are being kept secret by British authorities. Very well said. Her religion is her business and we humans owe it to ourselves to explore our spirituality. It's strange how the western world is quick to judge other religions before their own, whether its the catholics and the child abuse and patriarchical b.s., or the evangelicals etc. Centuries of death and oppression and abuse from so-called "Christians" yet pointing the finger at any other religion first as "bad"..its all very sad and juvenile. Every religion has problems and its up to the followers to rise up and be better.

her story I can relate to soo deeply I went through similar situations in my life went through abuse and felt suicidal diagnosed with bipolar turned to sufism and found my spirituality there.. I felt such a connection to her im glad she spoke out it can help so many other sufferers

You couldn't have chosen a better path , sister . Here , in Malaysia , we refer to Sufism as " Tareqat " . The character shown by the practicioners of this teaching sometimes ( some of them ) has to be witnessed to be believed . I am sure you understand what I mean . Stick to the path .

Shuhada is very human and very open, brave and candid about herself. Most people are not like that. When she describes herself in this interview as a solider, to me she always came acros like that too.
Very good interviewer. Have been watching some interviewers after beautiful Sinead passed. Many of them obtuse. This guy brings Sinead to task through sense and sensibilities.

That " version of her religion " is in fact a part of Islam that unfortunately not being paid enough attention by too many Muslims - and it's called Tareqat or Sufism . And it 's mandatory . Why not ? Besides the natural stress on relationship with our Creator , relationship with our fellow humans too must never be treated lightly .

Grateful that this interview exists but this Dave Fanning dude needs to learn about active listening. He interrupted her and cut her off so many bloody times with flippant responses towards her traumatic events--like, why even ask the question if he's not going to let her expand on it?? All those labels are curable. And the way to heal is whatever you find faith hope peace in. That's it. She's had a horrendous childhood, show her some compassion instead of fucking ridicule.
You don’t wanna die at all but you end up dying in 2023, July 26 my darling, sweet Sinead passed away and died. I miss her every day, and it never goes away the feeling of missing her she was my last, and I have no more.
Did they find her cause of death? I'm thinking broken heart.

Sinead's change of religion points not only to the Muslim religion but also to Christianity as a religion. Both are religions. Neither is better or better than the other. However, it is not necessary to find a religion in order to obtain forgiveness from God for sins, but rather to find this way to God. Forgiveness has taken place in Jesus Christ. He paid the price for sins. It can be accepted and rejected. It doesn't matter whether we pass from the earthly life to the next with a cross around our necks or a hojab, but sin cannot enter the kingdom of God. The solution to this was Jesus and not Christianity, which is a religion that proclaims the Savior but does not follow him on the way to God. Sinead was a child of either a Christian or a Muslim God. All his life he clung to God and believed that he should belong to this religion. However, you only have to accept forgiveness from God.
