AKB48 was suppose to have only 48, but soon had 80 pulse their 4th year. Now they have 100+ idols in AKB alone, 700/800 plus counting sister groups. AKB follow the true meaning of and Idol, a normal girl with little to no training but big dreams. As a long time fan since 2007ish, this song marks the 2nd/3rd golden age since the last og kami/face/ace left for me.
If you liked this song, you should check their song UZA, River, Beginner and even No Way Man. All those have sort of hard dance moves. But also check their other stuff, more specifically their live performances! They have so many great theater songs and many don't react to them which is a shame 😔 thank you for reacting to AKB48. As fun fact: UZA used to be the hardest dance AKB48 had (the members labeled it) but after No way man and this song that tittle now belongs to this song lol have a nice day!

@@torispace13 well yeah technically yes it is true that 48 is the number of members BUT when AKB48 debuted 16 years ago, they were less than 48 and now they are more than 48... more or less 500 maybe
@@torispace13 AKB48 stands for Akihabara (AKihaBara) 48, and the pronunciation of “48 (shi-ba)” in Japanese is same as the pronunciation of the last name of Office48’s CEO 芝幸太郎(Shiba Kotaro)
