    Credit to Draper for turning it around end of 4th set (Kokkinakis serving for the match). No doubt he would like to spend less time on court, on the other hand these matches build his stamina for future events.

      He got too quick on some decisions, even in fifth he had some pretty great strikes. Biggest problem honestly is too weak serve, he should have had more stable service or service net points to finish him in fourth

      @@gabiangregoric2893 couldn't agree more, what surprises me more is that the highlights could be longer, some are 8-9 mins long yet most are only 3 and a half mins long. • @crypticcomputing604
    @crypticcomputing604 13 дней назад +2

    To me it's absolutely insane that Kokkinakis ALWAYS has marathons on majors and can never win, almost as if he's bought. Similar with Aliassime who was winning 2-0 and paying 1,02 to win the match and went on to lose. There's something going on in there and you can only notice if you follow the "pattern" and don't think like the average sheep.

      Tbf to jack the hand to ear gesture was a bit of bravado with the crowd. After the match draper stated he felt the booing and jeering actually gave him the energy to come back and win the match. I see he’s playing an Aussie in the next round so I expect he’ll be expecting more of the same. He’s definitely looking stronger both mentally and physically.

    • @raytrace2014
      @raytrace2014 13 дней назад +8

      It was nothing compared to what some in the crowd were doing to him. Booing when he missed a first serve and deliberately trying to disrupt his rhythm. The hand to the ear was giving just a bit of that back to them.
