    I put a little over 8k miles on my gsxs750z from June to October last year. Then damn near ripped a dear in half on the way to work one October morning... I can I agree with you on every dislike man. The seat will have your ass itchin in no time. Turn indicators look like socks on a rooster. Idk if you mentioned the mirrors but that's the first thing I'm changing when I get it back from repairs

    I couldn't understand most of what you said, both of us have poor audio
    Your junk should be up on the tank and your body leaning forward, plus you should be moving your butt and/or upper body for curves.
    Crotch Rockets aren't meant to be ridden in a straight line
    When I first got mine I went for a 5hr ride, a nice seat would've helped, I didn't get on again for a coule days.......what I got the bike for was max 3hr fun rides, not to be a cruiser, I've got cruisers for my cruiser rides
    Someone mentioned mirrors, its not the mirrors, it is the placement, but thats a problem with all nakeds......with fairings you can lean forward and still have mirrors
    Someone mentioned wheelies.....I'm not a wheelie person, I started with TC on 3, but I started engaging it all the time and switched it to 2.....leaves me enough power but it still won't pull the front wheel up(and thats a good thing)

    I agree 100% on the seat. I did an hr and 40min drive today, and i weigh around 210 lbs, and my ass was killing me by the end. It didn't start hurting, till at the end of ride, maybe hr n 30min in. So ya i need a Corbin seat :)

    Also I found it wheelies easiest if you hammer it at about 30 in 1st. once you get it up enough shift it in 2nd and hold it up

    Guys and gals, the Airhawk R-REVB gel seat cushion makes a huge difference and it won't break your wallet. Got mine off Amazon.

    Are you still running the road 5's? How are they compared to the S21's?

    I really wish i could change the time to 24hr format, which you can't. Do you not wish you had 4 way lights? My 22 gsxs750 came with 4 ways. Maybe in the Canadian market they are required, or new for 2022 lol

    I'm coming from a 2007 Yamaha R6 with 110hp. Definitely a super sport bike. I have back issues and need a more vertical seating position. I've set on a 2022 and it fits me very well. I'm a tad over 6' with shoes, 6'1" easy with boots. 195# semi-athletic build. My concerns are no wind visor and hearing people talk about there is no power till 8-9K. Salesman said its de-tuned and get a tune, pipe, run high octane with octane booster. But top speed 140? On a 750? I'm not a racer and I've never been over 120 on a bike, but the fact it can only do 140 makes me think the engine has no guts. My R6 would do 165 off of the showroom floor. I'm just conflicted. I love the look and sound and how I set. Any help ?

      Go watch my newest upload look what I get mine up to… this is a naked bike R6 is an actual race bike these aren’t meant for top end this bike has more torque than the R6 and probably 10x more comfortable Iv never rode an R6 so I can’t really help you. You’ll just have to test ride one and see how you like it but I can tell you this it will make you smile! And this bike has plenty of power way more than you need I have a full system on mine and tune and it’s a blast I couldn’t imagine going any faster for the street honestly and no you don’t need octane booster that’s all unnecessary stuff.

      The 2022 only hits 140? I have a 2015 gsx s750z and hit 160 or 159 before it cut out.

    • @redhytech

      I have a 2022 GSX-S750 z ABS. I am 6'1" and weigh about 215. I could only get mine up to 122mph,,, wide open,, pushing the shit out of it. the ECU is built to cut the throttle to 70% at a certain speed in 4th thru 6th gears. 1st thru 3rd gears it's 100%.
      if you run high octane fuel you don't need octane booster. watch a few videos on what high octane does.. it does NOT give you more boost of power. it just helps stop PRE-IGNITION.
      you are correct in thinking this bike is UNDER powered. Suzuki changed alot on the engine to give it more low end torque and dropped the top end speed. it is NOT a racing bike. it was made more for touring,, but sporty- er.

    the 2018 - 2022 GSX-S750. the seat sucks balls, the factory mirrors suck. the weight is,, well it's a HEAVY BIKE, the power is OK for what it is. quick on take offs,, slow on top end. I had a 2020 GSX-S750,, did not care for it. traded it for a 2020 Katana1000 great bike, but mine was a LEMON from day 1. traded it for the 2022 GSX-S750 I now have.
    I have about 2500 miles on it. really good bike.,, NOT great,,, but it will work until I can get a better one. the gsx-s750 will get you (or my fat ass) from 0 to 90 in 3rd gear in a matter of seconds. I got the ABS version(Blue). damn thing stops on a dime. the traction control works very well. I usually leave mine on the number 1 setting unless it's raining then i switch to #2. I've had mine up to 122mph, couldn't get it to go any faster. once it hits a certain speed in 4th thru 6th it feels like it can't get full throttle.( it's in the ECU).
    the dash is just fine. not to cluttered with bullshit. a quick glace and you can see all you need to see on it. fuel mileage is awesome, I get around 55 to 60mpg on my daily drive to work. and 60 to 65mpg when i cruising the back roads.
    if you get one be ready to drop a few coins on some upgrades. exhaust, crash bars, mirrors, tail eliminator, mud huger, etc...

      would you recommend me getting the GSX-S750 2023 or Ninja 400 those are my options atm

    • @redhytech
      @redhytech Год назад

      @@AllAboutCigarsKSA I have never rode a NINJA. some people like them. you really don't hear many complaints about them. personally I don't like the twin cylinder bikes. I'm a little heavier than most riders and I like the power of the inline 4. the GSX-S series bikes would be great bikes if the Government wouldn't force the manufacture to put restrictions on the bikes. I like my S750,,, but I really love my S1000 GT.

      @@redhytechit will be my first bike and I’m sticking with these two , want to see if the S750 held up good because I want something will last a long time because I’m not the kind of person to trade a bike or sell it fast

    • @redhytech
      @redhytech Год назад +1

      @AllAboutCigarsKSA I've had my 2022 gsx-s750 for just over a year now. I've got over 5,000 miles on it. I've had to put new rear brake pads and I've had to get a new set of tires. Other than that the bike has been great. If you don't act crazy and do stupid shit on your bike either should last you a long time. Keep the oil changed, as you should. Don't dog the hell out of it, don't try to take off in too high of a gear. Don't recline it..etc. the s 750 is not a race bike.

      @@redhytech got it , I want a bike for street is capable and also if I would take it to the track sometimes , I liked it when I saw it at the shop , the only thing that concerns me is the engine guard and frame sliders for the 2023 I could not see a lot of options for modding, is the 2022 versions the same as 2023 regarding parts ? That’s my only concern atm
