She’s closer to a toddler than small child really - & the mother’s expectations for her are absolutely absurd.
This is the first time I have ever watched this type of video and I don't know if this is typical behavior for a pageant mom but this is disturbing to me. Maybe I am completely wrong because I have never seen anything about pageants before but she is 3 for crying out loud! Mom keeps saying things like "I don't push her" "If this is what she wants it's ok". A 3 yr old can not make decisions like that. It's abusive to put that kind of pressure on a baby then be mean to her when she acts like a baby. Besides all of that, it's creepy to dress up a little girl with all of that make up and parade her around like she is an object to be ogled. I want the names of all the lecherous old men in the audience.
As a grandmother you have no rights to see your grandchild, your daughter in law can ban you from the children. I was das inside but shut my mouth, and try to give all my love to minimize tue damage, because i know what can happen again when i say something.
From my understanding of most glitz pageants (outside of this show) parents of children 3 years and under are asked that they don’t tan their children use much make up (no false lashes or massive amounts of anything) and they’re asked not to use flippers at that age too. I know several moms with pageant girls and they where told they would loose points for this. And they where in glitz pageants. 🤷♀️
so i was a competitive dancer from 3rd-11th grade and when i was at competitions i remember seeing little kindergarteners (if they were that old) on stage in full makeup and hair and thinking back i can only imagine what competing has done to their psyche… i am now extremely competitive and am only satisfied if i win or if i’m better than the person next to me because that’s how we were trained to be and it was so toxic amongst everyone because we were all pit against each other for the top spot in the teacher’s eye (i’m surprised they didn’t put us in pyramids like abby lee miller at the aldc because the competition between us sure as hell felt like it)
even telling her daughter what to do during crowning and the post show interview... ugh so controlling. i pray that child hasnt grown up to be miserable
Of course she's okay with tanning.. I mean who doesn't know about the implications of it at this age... she will definitely thank you for the early wrinkles and possible skin cancer
Coming up in parents, I always enjoyed myself. Why??? Because my mom was awesome! She stepped out of the way and let me do what I was trained to do! No yelling at me! Not making me feel terrible when some things went wrong with a presentation. My heart really breaks you these young one with mothers that won’t let them enjoy being beautiful and be their selves.
I love how the mom considers restraint to be a 'shortcut' versus just people choosing not to force so much fashion expectations and requirements onto their child. Maybe that's her excuse for it.
Am I the only one who thinks the lovely little Miss Isabella would perform better on stage if her mother was not in the audience hollering at her, making crazy hand signals, confusing her.

I do not know how the grandmother kept her cool because if my daughter treated her daughter like this, I would be angry.
As a grandmother you have no rights to see your grandchild, your daughter in law can ban you from the children.
I was das inside but shut my mouth, and try to give all my love to minimize tue damage, because i know what can happen again when i say something.
@@susannlevy6625 I'm sorry to hear that, Susann. ❤
Isabella deserves to have a real mother.
I could not be a pageant judge. These lil ones are all super cute and special 💕 😍 💗
so i was a competitive dancer from 3rd-11th grade and when i was at competitions i remember seeing little kindergarteners (if they were that old) on stage in full makeup and hair and thinking back i can only imagine what competing has done to their psyche… i am now extremely competitive and am only satisfied if i win or if i’m better than the person next to me because that’s how we were trained to be and it was so toxic amongst everyone because we were all pit against each other for the top spot in the teacher’s eye (i’m surprised they didn’t put us in pyramids like abby lee miller at the aldc because the competition between us sure as hell felt like it)
4:08 she relly think this is "Positive reinforcement"😱🤣🤣🤣
even telling her daughter what to do during crowning and the post show interview... ugh so controlling. i pray that child hasnt grown up to be miserable
This title gave me a mini heart attack lmao🤦🏼♀️
Of course she's okay with tanning.. I mean who doesn't know about the implications of it at this age... she will definitely thank you for the early wrinkles and possible skin cancer
It’s a spray tan!
spray tans dont cause wrinkles & skin cancer thats tanning beds lmao
Coming up in parents, I always enjoyed myself. Why??? Because my mom was awesome! She stepped out of the way and let me do what I was trained to do! No yelling at me! Not making me feel terrible when some things went wrong with a presentation. My heart really breaks you these young one with mothers that won’t let them enjoy being beautiful and be their selves.
“I don’t push her”
Pushes her….😢
This mum is truly dreadful
What a beautiful girl ): poor, sweet baby
This is really sick!
To my opinion it's just child abuse.
Mom has a serious problem.
Instead of tlc making videos, they should report these to cps
@@mohammedmusa538 They won't because they wan't money.
It is child abuse!
Wow that mother is out of control poor Isabella, all mom did was push her 🙄really upsets me
I just yelled "she's three!" about a hundred times ugh
“I can do it better than you” ooooh that’s relationship is gonna fun when she’s a teen
Omg!! She snatched her daughter away from her grandma who praised her and wanted to hug her! Disgusting
She’s soo mean to her baby!!! Not one time , she didn’t tell her good job !! Poor thing …
Three years old " I shouldn't have to tell you what to do" she is only three!!!! . Poor kid.
I love how the mom considers restraint to be a 'shortcut' versus just people choosing not to force so much fashion expectations and requirements onto their child. Maybe that's her excuse for it.
Omg this poor baby! She’s 3!!! Of course she’s not going to be perfect at memorizing routines!
If the mom just sat down and let the little girl do her thing she would've been fine. The judges probably hear mom in the background smh.
Lots of things are wrong but PUPPIES AS PRIZES?!?
Isabella is probably the cutest kid I've ever seen. I did not approve of her mom making remarks about her daughter.
Oh I feel so bad for Bella!! I know these are old videos, but this mother's expectations for a 3 year old is way too high. Poor little girl!
Man that irked me so much at the end when she told her to put her hands down. Little girl can’t even be excited.
This little girl is adorable!!
Am I the only one who thinks the lovely little Miss Isabella would perform better on stage if her mother was not in the audience hollering at her, making crazy hand signals, confusing her.
Cps should be called on this psycho. She's a horrible mom. Not even a mom. She's using her kid so she can relive the childhood that she wanted.
Bless her she asked mum if she is upset 😞 poor thing
Im old now lol but i was in this $;\+ as a child. We were never home on weekends. I got no invites to bday parties, sleepovers, no school dances (jr high)
It absolutely (teen yrs, young 20's, and up to this very day) everything revolves around looks. Everytime as a 5-10 yr old you dont win the Top Title, you feel ugly or not good enough. I was a disappointment to my momma & she had no prob lettin me know how ugly and fat i was. Its always about what your parents think or feel. This is awful
I'm so sorry for you, no one deserves that
*Hug* I'm sorry that happend to you. I'm sure that you're beautiful, sensitive, wonderfull woman. You didn't deserved to be treated this way. No child deserved this
that was so hard to watch. Poor sweet 3 yr old girls mother was a bully control freak. what a nightmare woman. I hope she saw this on tv and realised she was so mean to her baby and changed. Little girl could do nothing right in her eyes
SHES 3!!! Her mom expects so much from a toddler it’s sad.
Giving puppies and kittens as prizes is almost as appalling as the pageants themselves. Pets are a lifetime commitment, not a prize in a competition.
Sweet little girl, who got more positive reinforcement from the lady comparing!!!
The judges had to see and hear the Mother. I wonder after all of these years how the girl feels now about all of those pageants.
These "mums" get totally carried away with these pageants.
Whenever you see the parent dress up in pageant dresses (multiple dresses🤦♀️) that something is amiss.
I think the tanning for a kid is so , so stupid. I was called Mogli, when I was a kid. They're kids, the sun tans them, if you let them go outside and play! Stop saying negative things and guilt trips on her. It's your dream NOT hers! UGH
Were are the Dad's when you need them to put their foot down about child beauty pageants
What a cute little girl. I love her expressions.
Her handling and grabbing at Isabella looks like child abuse. The way she talks to her is disgusting. Of course this mother who wanted to be in pageants is living through her child. Feel sorry for Isabella.
She’s 3 she cannot make an informed decision about being tanned, so saying it’s ‘her skin’ is just the mum making excuses for herself
when this kid rebels shit is going to hit the fan
The mom saying it's okay for her to get tanned if she wants to, b/c it's her body and her skin.
Excuse me lady. How can a three year old understand the consequences of skin cancer? That's your responsibility to protect your daughter. Child neglect and abuse!
This lady looks so beautiful and sweet and then she opened her mouth.
Perfect example of living the life you wanted through your kids
