Hi guys, can i make coconut yogurt the same way? With the sugar shift.
Hi there, we are still testing the Sugar shift starter with coconut milk. If you give it a try let us know how it tunes out.
Just made my firstbatch, and it came out perfect and delicious. Do you know for how long it is recommended to eat this? Any specific period of time?
That's great news. It will store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Thanks, I was referring to the period of time to make this for health benefits, I should continue making it for a month, three months or forever?
Dr. Davis recommends 1/2c for 4 weeks.
Do I need to use the starter for every batch of yogurt I want to make or can I use some of the yogurt from the batch just made to make the next ones?
Hi there, yes, for the best results we would recommend to use the starter for each new batch.
