That's how buffets should all be. Having the cooks in the back serving you, instead of people touching the serving spoons. Another gem buffet that puts the Vegas buffets to shame. And the warm customer service that is sincere. Bravo Tim for showing us the true atmosphere of how a buffet should be.

Pato is Spanish for "duck". is there a time limit on how long you can stay? In Las Vegas, some places you can only stay for 90 minutes. I am so hungry just watching this.
Puto Bungbong. Puto = steamed rice flour, Bungbong = the bamboo tube that holds it while it is steamed. traditionally served on a banana leaf, topped with shredded coconut and brown sugar.

hi tim! just to comment regarding the prime rib. As someone who has tried Cafe Ilang ilang for quite a few times already, you can tell them what doneness you want with your prime rib so as they will only let the meat kiss the flame before plating. To be frank, you could've asked them to change your cut of meat if you weren't satisfied upon receiving it. Though it is true that most asian countries have establishments that don't quite hit the mark on steaks/prime ribs, but that well renowned establishment certainly knows how to do steaks, you just have to tell them how you like it. Anyway, cheers man!

I always thought that the spiral buffet was the best. It’s absolutely amazing don’t get me wrong. The Manila hotel is quite amazing as well.

How much to eat in there? Do you pay everytime you go to place to get their food?

I like the cleanliness from having the staff serve you, but I can’t help but feel like I’m bothering them 😢

Added to my list... Looks great! Far superior to LV... Agree LV buffets aren't keeping up with the Buffets of the world...
