Easy and quick to prepare, simply roll it into a cone shape and garnish it as you wish. The mini tortilla cones are very popular at aperitif time, original and available according to your desires 😋
Ingredients :
Tortilla sheets (20cm)
- 450gr of chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of curry
- 1 heaped tsp of biker
- 1 tsp of lemon juice 🍋
- olive oil
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese (hamburger)
- 2 tbsp full cream
- Grated Emmental cheese + dried parsley
Food glue:
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 2 tbsp of water
