Try the 'dutch golden age' mod take the dutch republic and conquer the world under the wic the voc and the netherlands.

If I’m being honest, that was unintentional. Germany does Memel before Molotov-Ribbentrop, and since I already annex Lithuania before the Memel focus, I figured why not go to war now.
