Love the idea of going through bins and sorting and decluttering. I am starting to go through the process of reevaluating my home. We will be painting a lighter color - tired of dark colors. As I look at my home, I want the colors to flow and consider the undertones of colors too - make it look collected and thoughtful.
Great walk through Dana, enjoyable and no frenzy to get the latest "it" item for the season. The only thing i cant seem to resist is snuggly blankets and cosy slippers 😂🤦♀️P.S. i am over words and quotes

Very nice Dana! You have the right idea about going through your "stash" before going out to buy more decor. I was amazed when I went through my rubbermaid bins and found items I had forgotten about. I saved a lot of money by repurpsing a lot. Thanks for sharing with us. 😇
I occasionally go to Big Lots. They have really stepped it up the last few years with their home decor. I saw a lot of items I really like. I need to go check them out. Thanks for sharing their fall decor.

As I have watched you and listened to you talk about neutrals and intentional shopping, I’m finding myself really focusing on what I need and that it can be used not only year round but be able to move room to room! Big Lots always has some nice pieces of decor. Please film your thought process of weeding out your fall decor. I have so much and haven’t a clue where to begin but I know I want more simplistic and less cutesy. Lol
I’m doing same. Shopping my home first. I do love Big Lots. We always get coupons in email anytime there’s a sale. I just don’t need any fall decor at the moment. But I am a sucker for pumpkins!

Big Lots is more pricier than I thought they would be 😮. This is a use what you have or redo what you have year for me. But honestly I’m taking a break from seasonal decorating indoors this year and just really doing it up on my front porch and back screened porch for all the Holidays and seasons.
Great video, I loved the two squirrels on the acorn it’s so adorable, I also would like to see the process of decluttering some of the decor I have a hard time with that so I’d love to see how your process works, I just think I will need that down the road.
Hi Dana! Thanks for the video! I have purchased a lot of Fall decor, but guess it's not so much seasonal as every day decor. I'm kind of over a lot of the "same" decor every year. I plan on doing more with pottery, vases, etc. and so have purchased a few extra florals. I purged about four boxes of decor last year and probably will get rid of more this year. Like you, I just need to go through it all. I want to add a few more "moody" tones to my decor instead of a lot of rust color. I'm liking the "clay" color and am debating about getting the clay Casaluna bedding for my guest bedroom. I do want to go to Kirkland's (maybe Friday) since it's about 35-40 minutes away. Have to be out that way anyhow, so I'll check them out! Have a good weekend, friend!
Hey Dana 👋 I literally just got home from Big Lots . I haven't been there in about 6+ years . I left with nothing too. I feel like Big Lots is like 5 below & Dollar General had a baby 😂 Nothing caught my eye & I always find great candles at Ross for super cheap!

Nice shopping go along if you will. The pillows were economical compared to some other stores. Some stores are kind off the charts sometimes.
