Everything looks yummy. All the hotels including here are wrapping plastic sheet in Pongal serving ladlefor free flow and quantity conscious.
Plastic paper while inserting in hot Pongal is very unhealthy.
Serving this much good food will be good to all if they avoid the plastic paper

They have to change the oil three times a day .they should re use the oil ,used earlier.they should use aluminium or stainless steel or hindalminum tawa so that the quality of oil can be checked when making poori , vada and other items fried in the oil.once the colour of the oil changes to black they should change it immedaitely
