Bill Cipher Has Friends on the Other Side (Full)

- Someone requested a full version of this amv/song so I made it. Clips are from Gravity Falls song is Friends on the Other Side from the Princess and the Frog.
On a side note I should back to editing anime for my next video but I have no clue when that will come out since I haven't started yet. So expect a medley of anime in the future unless I get a sudden idea for a GF video or for another cartoon or fandom, which is entirely possible since that's how my other cartoon amvs were created. Hope you enjoy.

Oh. My. Fricking. Gosh. This. Was. Beautiful! I do these kinds of videos and let me just say that yours are wayyyy better than mine! My heart was actually going really fast by the end because it was so perfect, satisfying, well-timed, and just....MMMMMMMMMMMM YUM. Do you use iMovie? Or something else? If you have any tips I would be happy to hear them. YAYAYAYAYAY GREAT JOB!
I use Videopad Video Editor which honestly compared to other editors out there can't do a ton but it's also not crazy expensive either for that reason. General tips or things I go by is keep things short and sweet and cut out any audio that isn't going to help you tell your story, there's even some audio cut out of this song even though it's short already. I always like to keep things moving and going with the sound so even if you're showing a similar scene showing a different angle will help things flow. For example here for the lines "but your funds are low" I could show one clip with Stan having no money but there are three "parts" to that lyric so I show three different scenes. For syncing lips it's easier with Bill because you really just have to find a scene where he has the right expression but for others you have to find a expression that will fit and a part where their mouths fit too. So honestly I just grab a bunch of times that character talks and see what ends up working the best. I could go on longer but this comment is already long but if you have any particular questions or things you want to know about feel free to message me on tumblr (I'm packook on there too) and I'll try to answer them the best I can. I'm glad you enjoyed my amv and remember that everyone has their own style so what advice I have might not work for your style because everyone makes videos differently but good luck with your videos!

I had a similar realization when I figured out the only songs I've used with pure Gravity Fall clips were all Disney songs.

You editing Bill's laugh into the ending was just the cherry on top.
Perfect, well timed, fitting, and synonyms for those three; high time someone did this. Ford as the prince and Dipper as the valet fits well, and Dr F.'s laugh turning into Bill's at the end is amazing. This has everything any fan of the show wants to see with the song, and your compilation of Bill Cipher scenes was well placed and well picked.
Although, shouldn't Bill say "You do have a soul, don't you Lawrence?" to Dipper instead of Ford if Dipper is the valet; besides that, FLAWLESS.
I'm trying to remember why I did that but I made this so long ago I don't know for sure. I think the reason I had Ford the focus of that line instead of Dipper is because originally this was just a Ford and Bill video (which is why this video is titled with (Full)). I made the original just for fun randomly with only 30 seconds while on vacation in a hotel room because the idea popped into my head. Then someone commented and said I should make a full one and I was like sure why not, would be fun. So since that part is from the original video I didn't think about changing it, and was more thinking how do I add more and make this work. But ya it would have been smarter to put Dipper there but since I already made that part I don't think I was really thinking about it. Sorry long response but thank you for the comment =) I'm glad you enjoyed it
