The camera focus switching when you put your hands in front is mesmerizing and really helped me getting some ASMR! I don't know what your gear is but the smooth back and forth out of focus was amazing and the first time.il.seeing it so smooth and accurate in an ASMR video!
ASMR helps me at night with my tinnitus quiet rooms drive me nuts with the ringing and it’s hard to fall asleep without some sort of noise. Man these multi layered ones are amazing almost completely drowns out the ringing thx Cherie!

I found it to be the most effective method. In fact, now that I think of it, I should just make it easy on myself, and simply layer a few of my favorites, and just record them into one stereo recording like that. Sort of a mashup of some ASMR audio that work really well together and compliment each other to provide the desired effect I enjoy.
Some wild comments on here... I appreciate her because my life the last few years, I've dealt with the loss of not only relationships, but also the loss of several loved ones. From cancer to suicide to auto accidents. I've never felt so alone and I've found her ASMR and a select few others to be a nice escape from all of that loss and it helps me to escape from all that negativity and finally getting some mental peace and much needed rest. Trying to see goodness in others can sometimes influence how we feel about ourselves and can influence the things that happen around us. There's a poem about dying that I've shared with others who were in morning. It's helped me some and might ease some of your sadness. Gone From My Sight I am standing upon the seashore. A ship, at my side, spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength. I rarely search ASMR anymore as it’s far too saturated with people doing their best versions of what they think that is. However, once I found this video I realized I’ve hit the pinnacle of my ASMR searches. This to me is what ASMR is. Everything from this being the only video I engage in watching instead of just listening to, and then adding the volume on top of that is pretty mesmerizing for a straight male in his late 30’s. I really like the auto focus based on distance and how it keeps going in and out. Anyways. You have a new follower and this is my all time favourite ASMR video.

This visual effect is exactly how I felt on truffles in Amsterdam 2023. It lasted about 30 seconds while some Canadian guy stood chatting at our hostel cafe table balcony and his face was like layers moving in and out. This visual effect is exactly how I felt on truffles in Amsterdam 2023. It lasted about 30 seconds while some Canadian guy stood chatting at our hostel cafe table balcony and his face was like layers moving in and out. Think I needed a higher dose 😂 Or not I mean, this video substitutes the need for any drugs to calm down! Great vid as always.
