@@markhill9275 Have to agree. The NS had some nice singing voices but not in the same league in any way shape or form and Eve Graham, for whom I have a lot of respect, would probably be the first to admit that.
I remember the new seekers just starting nothing against this group but The original Seekers & Judith Durham were the best she had the voice of an Angel. RIP.
The Seekers were and remain incomparable. As for Judith Durham, she is in a class of her own among female singers of the modern popular music genres, just as Orbison was among the men.
True but they did go on to produce manvy hits and they stay true thenself by staying with the sound they created which no one can duplicate and sound as good as this group dors oh some have tried but failed! Now if you are onterested in hearing angels voices i got several names for you the first is 11 Year old Claire Ryon Crosby check out her rendition of goodness of god, or Knarls Barkly Crazy or Ckaires rendition of you say which she performed when she was 10. This little girl is absolutly an amazing little angel i call her earths angel because she is tha good just type in Claire Crosby or the Crisby family and she/the y will come up her mom is Ashly abd her dad is Dave. Another amazing yiung ladys with voices of angels is Payton Cadence (Cadie) Little Lilly and Cruly and of course Baby grace to little to sing yet these girks are known as the detty sisters they all have amazing voices and thier is not a bad song that they do. Thry are known as the Detty sister with mom sister Amber ( she is a minister) and the dad Floyd that is the driver and tech guy. Type in the detty sisters and they will come up. And finally for now is Angelo Kelly Of the Kelly family. Type in An Angel tough road tour 1994 and you will hear Angelo Sing the ourse of the song after his sister Paddy sings the first verse! He also does a so g calked once in a while and Who'll come with me (Davids Song),at thw same comcert check theses out Angelo was only 14 then and now ge is 55 and still has an amazing voice!

After he joined they had major hits with What Have They Done to My Song, Ma, Never Ending Song of Love, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Beg, Steal or Borrow, Circles and Pinball Wizard. After he left they more or less stopped with the 5 part harmonies, but still had a couple of more hits with You Won't Find Another Fool Like Me and I Get a Little Sentimental Over You. Not long after that they disbanded.
I think it's a fair statement to say The New Seekers were ahead of their time when it came to vocal harmonies.
