She also comforted Infp when she thought she didn't deserve to win and won(agh, i don't understand why fi dom people like infp do that). I would've definitely given esfj vote. Esfj, Enfj, Infj, Intj, intp, enfp and Esfp were nicer than other mbti people in my opinion!! Isfj wanting to be mom is so real since ISFJ are considered MOM MBTI and ISFP wanting to travel abroad is also stereotypically true since they're so adventurous. INFP's development in this show was crazy.

  • @ithelightinthedarki
    @ithelightinthedarki Год назад +795

As an INFP, let me explain the reason why INFP changed her mind in her decision from helping one of the others bucket list to herself. Notice how she changed it right after INFJs answer. It was because she felt the pressure from the other two picking their own bucket list & having really legit reasons for doing so (and INFJ mentioned they he didn’t want to let them down for voting for him, and that made INFP scared to let them down too). I also believe it’s because she had still not thought of who to give it to yet (or forgot what the others said 😂) and everyone was waiting on her for her answer so she just panicked and chose her own in the end, but I just _know_ her NF side is going to feel regret for doing so later.
But maybe a part of her also did want her bucket list to be completed, she probably considered she wouldn’t have the motivation to do it on her own and needed that extra boost
That’s just what I think though! Either way, I respect all three of their decisions and wish the best for them & their futures! I hope they get everything they wished for

As the person who recommended this show to you, I did not expect to see you comment lmao. But I noticed it was a hard decision for both of them. INFP was overwhelmed when she first discovered that she was among the 'Top 3 Most Likeable MBTI Type' partly due to knowing that she hadn't made any effort to make herself likeable in front of others at all. Throughout all episodes, she was simply being her own, authentic self. No acting and no pretending. INFP's high empathy shone through whenever they witness somebody in distress/struggle. They just spontaneously comfort and console the person in need of emotional support. INFP's dominant cognitive function is Introverted Feeling (Fi). Thus, it makes so much sense why they are highly empathetic towards others despite being an introvert.

Normally, as an INTP I’ve tend to experience a lack of emotions. However, INFJ voting for INTP resonated something inside of me. It’s difficult for me to find a place in society as well, especially if my social battery drains too quickly then I don’t feel the need to involve myself of interaction whatsoever. On my end, it was quite confusing and isolating; but I overall didn’t think much about it. Looking back, I related to INTP a lot because I wanna become somewhat social to a point and helpful.. seeing INTP disappearing into the background hit hard on me as I realized I did the exact same. INFJ voting for INTP was a very heartfelt moment cause someone was actually attentive to others who had trouble fitting in. Gotta applaud that.

I really could feel how similar INFP & INTP are watching this, though I wasn't sure how to frame it before. INTP is rational over emotional, but he's still someone who seems to be considerate of those around him, though it may not be because he cares for his impression or relations, but it really showed that he similarly is intuitive and perceiving? INTP have the potential to be really warm too when they're considerate. It really touched me when he spoke about ESFJ and how though he didn't understand it personally he was able to logically empathize? I was surprised because I didn't previously regard the type too fondly, but it was pretty cool watching him put himself out there and warm up :)

We INTPs could understand what people's generally feel, we have inferior Fe. But we mostly awkward to show those emotions. We dislike conflict, that's why we try to be considerate and not being offensive to people. When INTPs talking, we try so hard to be precise and understandable to others without sounds too offensive

Fella, I personally think people tend to exaggerate the stereotype. Stereotypes are concepts with high-error tolerance, so many people can relate to them. Never forget your individuality. MBTI is just there so that you can use that vocabulary to describe yourself to others in an easy and straightforward way. Every human being has all evil AND virtues. It's just some of it is seen by others or yourself more, some of it is left in your subconciousness.

When I read things about this personality, I found things that are accurately stated and some made me doubt it. However, I came to understand myself a lot because of this show. To him who represented INFJ personality in this social experiment, thank you. Maybe we developed the same personality because we both grow up around teachers or educators. I was told to keep my manner and act accordingly. Those reminders and life lessons grew on me and ultimately became part of me. Until now, I didn't know why I tend to be humble and considerate all the time. Why do I function differently? Why do they misunderstood my intentions? Now, I understand it's just who I am. It's me. As a INFP-T i was also very bad with socializing but i wanted to overcome it so i tried very hard for it. There was many awkward and embarrassing moment; i would have conversation where i would say stupid and awkward stuff which i regretted later and be so embarrassed about it,and many more things that an introvert do and can relate. The thing which made me overcome my introvertness was through the help of science. By self studying how emotions, consciousness work, appreciating the beauty of universe both macro and micro, how we ourselves, our emotions, controls us. I would also study about great leaders and doer, watch documentary, movies, animes and be in awe that the doers are the one which changed the world we are living now. Now my current state is a completely different person from who i was before, i can do things that i would have never thought i could do, i am proud of myself that i could overcome it, that I tried even though it was very hard.
When i saw INFP, it reminded me of my past days. It made me happy that she is trying her best even though it seems hard. I believe that she will be able to achieve anything if she keeps the same mindset and keeps on mustering up the courage.
Not only her but all the introverts can overcome it, those who feel like they cant do it but wants to do it, u just gotta believe in yourself.
TIP: Study some personality trait from your close ones who is smart and is an extrovert or read books or watch movies. Practice in front of a mirror how a confident person would act. Try to overcome your fears not related to human beings, e.g like spider, darkness, ghost, etc.(this can help you build courage) Remember not every talk or conversation is productive, there will always be someone that does not agree with your views or would try to bring you down but there are also good people out there that would make your effort to overcome introvertness worthwhile.
I hope you all can achieve your dreams and nothing stops you from doing what you love. We all got only one life.

as an INFP, i loved ENTJ for his mature, logical, realistic and helpful advice, and his straightforward/genuine energy, I loved ISTP for also being real, laid back, but still considerate. I loved INTP for being able to relate to him, and see his efforts to play, and the way he handles things such as banter from entj or istp. i loved how the SF's were so supportive and considerate in an emotional way, and knew how to comfort eachother. infp and infj seemed too reserved for me to have an opinion on them but i love their sensitive but also intentful nature. im still learning abuot mbti so i dont know stuff like Te doms or whatever but just base it off what i think and learned so far. i used to be critical of S types wanting approval, and needing to be socially acceptable, and kind of looked down on it, but MBTI helped me realize more in depth and start learn to appreciate each and everyone for their own reasons.

as an ENFJ myself, I 1000000% relate to his evaluation of himself. Even if I didn't do anything wrong or something that will make others not like me, there is always this little thought in the back that makes me doubt myself. Part of the reason is that in my opinion, we (ENFJ) tend to put other people's needs before our own so that they will feel more comfortable being around us. Although we end up making things more complicated for ourselves on the inside, it feels rewarding if it all works out in the end.

The personalities I enjoyed the most were ISTP, ISTJ and ENTJ. I think culture is very important to note here also because they're very individual characteristics and very strong in expression, which may be unconventional in conservative South Korea that thrives on tradition. This is why, I think, them being older, they can navigate their personality better. ISTP was always the last one to wake up, since he needed recharging. And I love how he appreciated the quietude at the end of the final breakfast - which finally showed off his introversion after 4 days!
For ESFJ, it can come off as inauthentic since the kindness is self-serving. In the Feeling/Thinking episode, she showed her insensitive side when the Ts came to dinner and she looked uncomfortable and asked,"why?" but then closed herself. However, she won my heart when I got to know that she slept on a couch for her roommate's comfort!
But, I think Introverts surprisingly are more authentic since they derive their sense of self internally rather than from external stimuli/cues. And in a program that people want to figure themselves and others out, authenticity is a big factor.
Funnily enough, my best friend is ESFJ and I'm INFJ. And she's actually authentically kind or she wont bother at all! But she does thrives in reminding people how kind and great she is! LOL.
    Really loved this show!!! 🎉❤

Let me just say how I really liked it when ESTP said to INFJ, "I knew you'd win. I knew it right from the first day. I thought he is winning this thing," with ISTP also agreeing, "I knew it from the first day. As soon as I saw you," when they were talking about the most liked MBTI. Idk, it just makes me so proud as someone who is also an INFJ. Yup, INFJ babies, I see you✨ Knowing that we mostly stay on the sidelines and put more effort to blend in with the environment and the people around us, and then for people to acknowledge and appreciate us nevertheless, that kinda feels validating in some way.
I already watched this for a second time now but I think I'll keep watching it every time 'cause I really like the concept of this reality show, focusing on the MBTI types of people, the way they behave, and interact with their surroundings. It tells me so much about my own personality too and I think I appreciate myself a little bit more after following the journey of these strangers. This show is like a warm hug to me. Loved the songs they used as background music too! I hope a second season will be released in the future.

something i have noticed throughout the show is that they tend to compare the i/e in the mbti to social introversion/extroversion a lot. the i/e actually have nothing to do with social introversion/extroversion. functions are cognitive, not "social". meaning, it's just the way you take in and process information from the world around you. many cognitively extraverted people come off as introverts and vice versa. though cognitive extroverts are more likely to be socially extroverted due to preferring external engagement with the world around them and cognitive introverts are more likely to be socially introverted due to preferring their internal reflective state, it's not unlikely for either or to be introverted or extroverted. i think this is where a lot of the confusion stems from in the show.

My energy drains quickly. But traveling alone also makes me socialize with strangers. I like making a conversation with the stranger sitting beside me on a bus, or when I'm dining alone and the people next to me greets me, I try to make a few jokes with them or ask for some good place to go to if they're local in that area. I'm pretty confident when I'm alone. But still, I don't like being the center of attraction. Also, when I have company, I don't like making a decision. I just get along all the time and let them decide. I think that's how I give respect to their choices as long as I'm fine with it.

As a female INTJ which is really rare, I watched the show because I wanted to observe how INTJs interact with opposite personalities and also wanted to know what an extroverted version of me is like. I am most certainly surprised that the INTJ on the show didn't stand out as much. He was indeed very analytical and observing but he didn't try to put himself out there as much as I would think an INTJ would. We are indeed introverted but when there is a need for us to step up all that is thrown out the door and we would command the room. We love problem solving.

I also share the same concern about having little to no worries and agreed with most of his advises to the other T types, other than that time I didn't really see him stand out again. But it can also be on the editing of the show, they might have just edited most of him out.

At the end of the day, humans aren't meant to be put into boxes anyway. We just ourselves! We might try to find our flock by putting ourselves into some relatable box we call MBTI. In a way it was a shame it was only 5 days as I think the dynamics between everyone would have changed a bit more over time and that would be fascinating to see how and in what way those changes occurred. The ENTJ surprised me the most as he gave of such shallow vibes and then he went all deep and I thought WOW, the ISTP fascinated me the most as he seemed so 'calculating' and I liked seeing how that played out with the people around him LOL, he was such an intriguing person ... both of them were like catalysts bringing out traits in the people around them.

ISTJ! All my life, people find me very polarising. Fellow ISTJs get me naturally, INTPs and ISFPs enjoy my practical nature but I definitely struggle to get along with people who are either very loud, very easily distracted or wishy-washy or sometimes, overly sensitive to the point of neglecting the main message (e.g. arguing about how hurtful my tone was rather than acknowledging that they were wrong). I'm trying to be less... "rigid" but based on my 10 year friendships with ENFPs with very little conflict, it really takes 2 to clap. Find a middle ground and just try. As an INFJ, my favorites out of these cast are ENFP, INFP, ISFJ, ESFJ, INTJ, and ESTJ. The ones I don't notice as much but thought were fun are ESFP, ENTP, and ISFP. I thought that I would definitely be friends with ENFJ and INFJ in real life, but there's also a sort of familiarity in watching them here that makes me feel self-conscious.
What I notice is that none of the 16 MBTI are good or bad, they are all simply different personalities. Yet in this world, there still exists people who are kindhearted, caring, or considerate more than others. So there has to be something about goodness that cannot be determined by MBTI personality types. At some point, I just stop caring about each person's MBTI and just felt touched by the kindness that people have, regardless of MBTI. And I would have voted for people I thought were kind and considerate, someone I could look up to and strive to be, rather than those I engage with the most or those who were most similar to me.

The most important thing is to see beyond these labels, MBTI is just a tool to help us understand ourselves a little better, it reassures us by making us think we are not strange but just different and that these traits exist, that there are people like us and there's nothing wrong with that.
The rating system is unecessary to me, it may raise ones self-esteem but it also makes others question their worth and wonder how to be more acceptable and likeable, which is a shame, espetially in a society where appearance is highly valued. I admire those who are honest and stay true to themselves. Be nice and respectful, but don't torn your whole personality to suit other people's taste.
    Well done team

i love this series so much! please make another video with them! ive been interested by mbti for years and have always gotten infp result since high school, and i grew to lately realize the importance of the balance of everyone, and how everyones view is valid to them. i think as an infp i can learn so much from an estj/istj, and even need that in my life to get myself sorted. one critique i would have is, although mbti can be confusing to explain to all types of people, since some S types felt they had to fit a certain way, they should be affirmed that its a general guide, and that it can vary between percentages towards N or S for example. maybe ISTP could have been more closer to the 50% side on the S/N, or F/T since he still was considerate even though he was firm of himself as a person.

Such an amazing series. Although each episode is like an hour long, time really flies so fast and I feel like its just 10min per episodes lol. I cant believe these kind of series exist. So many positive thing that can be learn here, social skills, the way people read other people, empathy, self esteem, its just so good to be able to learn these things in 5 episodes. The cast also so good. If only this series go into Netflix, it really will get recognition at it suppose to get. Thanks for the video thou. 🤟

I saw somewhere that INFJs kinda don't like ESFJs. In my opinon they give a lot of themselves for take care of people. Not all ESFJs are so altruists like I said of course but I respect them and their extraverted side.
